I bought a robotic lawn mower for £295.00 it came for Poland by sea and road by the time it arrived in the UK 🇬🇧 it was damaged so the consignment was stop at delivery point I had a message to ring the supplier which I did I spoke to Oscar who sounded very helpful and he asked if I would like a full refund to which agreed he then went on to tell me it would take between 3 and 5 working days to refund 5 days later I rang only to be told that he couldn’t understand why I was weighting and said he would chase and I was to ring back the following day
I have spoken to my bank and informed a solicitor who is more than willing to help regain my funds as it seems that I may have to fight for it or at least that is what it feels like

I needed a jigsaw at short notice for a DIY project. Ordering was straightforward, shipping was fast, and the tool has done everything I needed so far. Can't really ask for more.

Really impressed with the value for money. The DeWalt angle grinder was cheaper than my local hardware store.

It wasn't a major issue since the machine arrived in excellent working order, but I would have appreciated a more frequent update on the shipping progress.

The Segway lawnmower is BEAST. Cut through my jungle of a garden like butter.
