Ships fast and responds quickly
My order shipped the day or day after I purchased online, and they respond very quickly through their Instagram. When I got my order everything looked like it did online.

I am a student and rarely get to treat myself but the amazing quality of these true vintage pieces M1 LAB has are absolutely amazing! I bought a beautiful suede 70’s coat! Not a seam out of place. These items may be vintage but the quality is like new!! Worth every single penny! They even took time out of their day a few weeks after my purchase to help me find a belt to go with it! They truly are a wonderful company and they care about their customers! It is rare to find a company as brilliant as this one! If you were on the fence about buying I say absolutely go for it! You will not regret it!

My experience with M1 LAB was a solid 10/10. I see the passion they put into this small business and that's hard to find these days.
Top-tier customer service, pieces that redefine cool and great value for what's sold. Compared to other vintage shops, M1 makes a difference. Giving life to old items is fun and should be done more often. I appreciate their socials, concepts and ideas.
As for my order, I am very pleased. The items were nicely taken care of, meticulously curated and quite rare to find elsewhere.

Great quality, great experience, great people
First of all the quality of the products is second to none! I love vintage clothing but it’s so difficult especially with reseller websites to find true authentic vintage, or pieces you’ve never seen before. These guys have a curated an excellent collection of great quality pieces at reasonable prices too!

I was a bit sceptical about buying vintage clothes, but surprisingly I found a quality and a rarity of the item that I didn't expect. I ordered a top from 2000s Diesel and it came perfectly ironed and perfumed. Also the team assistance on tracking information was clear and fast.

Great service! I needed additional info and wasn’t sure about the sizing of a jacket, they went out of there way and sent me additional pictures with a model that had a similar build to mine. Very friendly and great customer service.

I’ve always been skeptical with ordering designer clothing online however after ordering with these guys I’ll be sure to use them again and again. I ordered a Large Leather Jacket and it came on time and with no quality issues. I was amazed by the care of the packaging and the great communication of the company on their socials !
