I have been using the paid M19 for just over a month. It is the best Amazon PPC automation tool available in the world! My Tacos have been reduced by 6 percentage point in 4 weeks, saving me thousands of dollars each month in ad spent. Sales also increased around 10 percent month on month.

The best thing now is I no longer have to spend hours each day adjusting my keyword bid.

Arnau from M19 chased over many weeks for a meeting. Eventually I found a slot and booked the online meeting in his calendar. The day/time came and I entered the meeting, and no sign of Arnau. Emailed him to say I was waiting. No reply. Sent a further follow up email - nothing. Looks like it's a scam.

One of the best PPC software ever used. Pretty intuitive on how to use the platform, simple and gets the results done. It does take about 2 weeks for the AI to learn the bidding structure but thats typical for most AI software that I've used. The more data or history your PPC account has the faster you'll get your target ACOS.

M19 has been a fantastic tool! It basically does exactly what you would do if you had unlimited time and resources in order to build out keywords and adjust bids.

They support response very slowly. Usually 2 business days. Also, they forward all questions to their knowledge base. I think the support was not the customer support manager, just some random IT person.
