Awful awful experience I ordered 2 travel adapters plugs from this company on the 16th February for my holiday they still haven’t turned up ? I’ve had no confirmation emails or anything from them? They took my money and then nothing
I have emailed them many times with proof of purchase money out of my bank account etc and I’ve not had any response from them

Disgusting service I’ve now lost £38 I’m not happy at all
Please do not buy from these scammers

Ordered a pair of belt buckles and only one arrived! Have e mailed company several times and no response. No customer service!
This was actually a xmas present!

Never use this company! I ordered 1 hoverball on their page and they automatically ordered another pack of 3 despite me not approving the order and receiving several email requesting me to do so! Scammers! Now in hands of credit card fraud investigators!

The company never answered ANY EMAILS I sent, and the product didn’t arrive until after Xmas despite saying at order time it would! Stay clear

The snouts didn’t fit the grandchildren’s heads never mind the adults, the sales picture shows adults wearing the snouts, I feel this game was totally wrongly advertised don’t buy to save your disappointment

Ordered from this company on 22nd November it is now the 8th of December and there is no sign of my order. I have sent three e mails, none of which have been replied to. I am thinking this is a scam business, beware.

This ad popped up on my tiktok shop and I purchased an item from them. When I was paying, they deceive you in to thinking you haven't added the item so you click it and add then it automatically adds these extra ones you didnt click. It felt dodgy from that point. I don't know why I still went ahead and placed the order. I checked my credit card today, after a few days of placing. I got charged more times 4 of the same amounts and 2 for £37+ from same company! That is not coincidense. The website is not trust worthy. Scam. I have reported it from a cyber crime site.

I ordered a game on 17th Nov still not received it tried emailing no reply they just say in transit but adding a day every day so won't oder again they shouldn't beable to advertise if they can't deliver

Placed my orders about 10 days ago. Not had any acknowledgement of my order. Money taken from my bank within 48 hours.

I placed an order for some hair combs, they have taken the money but I have received nothing. I have sent several emails asking when my order will be delivered and had no reply.
Keep away from this company they are a scam company who take your money and have no intention of any delivery

I ordered but when I went to complete the purchase it trebled in price

it took so long for a delivery that I bought the same item else where I contacted them they responded by saying give a couple more days A week later the item was brought by Yodel I paid for Royal Mail, I refused the order they took it back following day I received an email saying it had been delivered i again sent an email back telling them it had not so after many messages different address's i still have not had a refund.

This company is a disgrace and its advertising a product that is nothing like what you receive. Thin cheap paper, printing errors and spelling mistakes plus it wasn’t cheap for a journal. Couldn’t get in touch with them, no response despite emailing. If there was a way I only had the option of 1 star otherwise it wouldn’t have had any. I feel utterly scammed! Buyers beware

I bought 2 mugs from here which were supposed to be pottery with lovely glazing for the sea around the top two thirds of the mugs and carved paw prints in the unglazed third representing a walk on the beach.

I paid £29 for these mugs which took nearly six weeks to arrive

What we received were £1 white mugs with a badly attached photo of the original picture barely £1.50 worth of mugs

I have tried contacting the company several times to request a return label and refund but to date (3 weeks) I have not had any response
