Terrible company!! Ador refuses to grant me a return label and refund for a top that has labels intact and was never worn. I photographed the item and have been in communication through several emails. They reply to each email with an alternative offer which I do not want.
I placed an order and paid over '$105. They claim I never placed an order and that my order number is invalid although I have the screenshot from their website of the order information plus the screenshot of the money taken out of my account. This is RIDICULOUS!!!
Update: I received a response from Ador after I sent them proof of purchase. They sent me tracking information indicating the order was delivered on May 5th. However, the information showed it was delivered to California instead of New Jersey!! 😳. THEN they serve another email stating the package is held up in customs and they have no control over it. Folks PLEASE don't waste your time with this clothing store!!
This company HAS TWO Trust pilot pages - THEIR SITE SAYS USA, but their return address is SINGAPORE. I paid them £129 for three items, two arrived and I wanted to return them as they are too big.
FIRST RED FLAG: NO RETURN ADDRESS ON THE WEB site
SECOND FLAG: Emails are ignored then when answered they want you to attach pictures of the items with the tags attached which I did.
THIRDLY: They offer no returns and only a partial refund of a paltry £64

This company is frustrating to deal with. You have to go back and forth and you constantly get different people who respond. One person says one thing and then another email comes with a different reply from a different person.
Very poor management and customer service
They send your package wrapped with tons of tape around it so it going to bust at the seams and a damaged item and then they give you a hard time trying to get a label to return it and on top of that they want to charge you for return
Then they finally say they are only going to charge you $15 dollars to return and then I get an email from someone else saying $55 dollars
No wonder why the package came that way when they can’t seem to get their communication on the same page
Terrible
I’ve had a really difficult time communicating with customer service. My order was delayed significantly, and when I filed a complaint, it took them another month to address it. After finally receiving the item, I realized it didn’t fit properly. When I tried to initiate a return, they informed me that they had already reissued the dress. Despite that, I’m still facing issues. The customer service experience has been extremely poor, and I’ve had to send multiple emails for every request with no clear resolution.
Never received my order, no invoice either. Just a late email from a private email address with apologies and that was it!
I ordered a dress from this company. Buyers beware there doesn’t seem to be a returns facility. I had a questionnaire which I completed four times as I kept getting the same form to complete without a returns form!
Bought a men's shirt, and what arrived ( rather late) was nothing like the on line photo....ador has recently been purchased by light in the box, I discovered, after ordering, and now ador do what light in the box do . They send you rubbish that, firstly seems to be an entirely different product, secondly is NOT what you ordered.
STEER CLEAR OF BOTH.
Cheats. Deceivers and ultimately thieves. I recently discovered on line forced labour is used in manufacturing their products ( Uighurs) and they do not belong to the BBB, their business accounting methods are therefore suspect. Once again a Chinese clothing company that specialises in selling rubbish to the unsuspecting. There's quite a few of these. WATCH OUT.
Edit....I have since discovered you can't contact ador with a negative review or comment, eventually you are told to select a reason for your dissatisfaction, except there isn't a list and the only option is to leave the site without leaving a review.
Additionally Ador has disabled, deliberately, return links to the original order. It's very simple ador doesn't want to hear anything but praise. ( Highly unlikely) and endeavours to prevent any negative contact.
Browsed the website. Full of stolen designs from Alémais. Most certainly a scam. Do not recomend.
