Lyons Bowe Solicitors - Bridgwater Anmeldelser

First stages of new property purchase, and very happy with the process and service from Katie and Holly . I like the system and information given on the progression through the stages and what we can expect. Hope it continues this way.

The experience was all good. They kept me informed about the process and they always answered the phone and they got the conveyancing done at a reasonable price.

The reason I went with Lyons Bowe was because I saw that they were good at communication and I can say that is very true. I am currently still in the process however what I have experienced so far with Holly sorting all the onboarding has been seamless, with constant communication so that I am aware. She is not someone to sit on anything and actions everything straight away.

As a first time buyer, this has made the process for me so smooth so I am looking forward to getting the process completed with them.

We have just had a mirror Wills written. By Lyons Bowe Solicitors. The whole process was carried out by a young lady called Tamzin, it started with a home video call with Tamzin explaining the whole process before her taking our details so the Wills could be written. The whole process was carried out professionally.

So far so good. We have been dealing with Megan through the initial stages of our purchase. Love the fact everything is done online and be can dealt with very quickly just by scanning documents over. Megan is so lovely and has been brilliant at going through everything step by step. Megan has replied to emails very quickly and is also at the end of the phone. Just a very good straightforward experience so far! Thank you Megan !

Having used Lyons Bowe for conveyancing previously, they continue to be efficient & responsive in everything they do.
Having not appreciated how much data we would need to provide regarding proof of funds for our purchase this time, Katie Evans was very calm & considerate when I was finding it somewhat of a challenge to provide what was required, but we got there in the end !

I am writing to give my personal thanks to Megan Payne for her kindness in helping me with my house sale legal process.
Megan throughout demonstrated a positive attitude and enthusiasm by promptly responding to questions, setting up my welcome file and forwarded it to my legal team in a timely manner. In addition Megan provided me with transparent feedback.
I felt Megan's professionalism and mannerism created an inclusive and very supportive environment for me contributing to a positive customer experience.
Thank you Megan.

Me & my husband are 1st time buyers so this is a whole new experience for us.
Katie Evans has been brilliant from our first point of contact with her right through to now being handed over to the Legal Team for next stage.
Keeping us updated as things progressed & what documents we needed to provide etc.
Friendly & professional approach.

Recently had appointment with Jazmin in the Bridgwater office. Jazmin and her team were so very efficient polite and helpful. My partner and I had a few problems to sort out . Jazmin put our minds to rest in no time at all with her Experience and that off her team. A big Thank you to you all.

So far so good. Answered our queries and assisted us with documentation we had to provide

Buying a house is a huge process but the individuals who worked on our purchase at Lyons Bowe were brilliant. In particular Anna Kelly from the Legal team was amazing from start to finish. She made our whole process stress free and we felt content in knowing we had Anna across our case. Would highly recommend.

We have used this company for our house sale and purchase also for our declaration of trust deed. They have been extremely helpful throughout all processes. We are most impressed by how accessible the team are and somebody is always available to speak to you.

Would not recommend!!!
Going through a tricky divorce and needed advice about finances etc. At first they seemed responsive but this rapidly changed once I had instructed their services. I have found them difficult to contact and the solicitors always seem to be part timers, leaving the firm or off on annual leave. They are expensive, seem uninterested in my case and lacking in basic communication to keep me updated. Also ALL of the paperwork collation and filling out of the form E for the financial order was done by myself. Makes me wonder why I have paid them to be honest as the reason I got a solicitor was to take the stress away. It has definitely added additional stress to the divorce and my ex has now got away with dissipating marital assets. I have lost marital asset money that I should of been entitled to. Absolutely deeply regret using this firm but too late now… Won’t ever use them again.

Delighted to endorse Lyons Bowe as their support and timely manner of helping with the sale of our property is beyond expectations. Both Katie Evans (New Instructions Team) and Charlene Jones & colleagues (Legal Team) have been very thorough and responsive throughout our interactions. We are counting further on their assistance for the remaining steps in our selling process.

I was very happy with the level of service I received from the Bridgwater branch.

I do not often write reviews. I worked with Hannah Read at Lyons Bowe Solicitors for my recent divorce. I highly recommend her. She is professional, caring, thorough, efficient, knowledgeable and wise. She is straight-forward, direct, and not only knows the legal aspects, but also understood where I was coming from and what I wanted and was able to hold the balance with me. I am impressed, pleased, and grateful. This was a significant life experience for me, it mattered a lot, and I was very aware the whole way through how much I appreciated having Hannah on my team.
