I got a very good support from Pranav regarding release of my payment with respect to consultation I delivered to your client on May 25,2022.

An excellent and professional team , interacting with them is always a pleasure for me. Special mention of Pranav Sangam and Bhoomika Bhavnani for the way they handled the process.

The agency LYNK is great, people have experienced, patient and helpful, and had full knowledge of the job. Really appreciate their way of working.

The process as a whole was well organized, questions were precise and nothing that could affect a disclosure agreement or critical sensitive information was asked or revealed although my BIG issue is with payments I have made so far 2 consulting sessions a worth 525 USD that in spite my best efforts I have not been able to collect, I have written several emails and also contacted my coordinator about this, with the only response that "Rest assure that the payment will be processed", they definitely need to improve on this matter.

I received payment on the 13 of July, I would like to thank Pranav for helping me resolve this issue.

Lynk consultancy sessions are well organized and professional in their approach with timely reminders.
Subject matter is clear and provided up-front.

Payment however is a bit slow and can be improved..

Overall great experience. Precise and clear communications from Harsh Mandavia, my coordinator, on direction/goals of the consultation, great support from Lynk team. Had a great time interacting with client to share knowledge on topics.

This was my first experience with Lynk. The consult went well despite the time zone challenges. We were able to use email to answer quick questions.
Payment was a bit longer than expected, but the support team really helped move things along.

Very Very late payment. It was more than 2 months and i havent recieve the payment as of this moment

Overall, very efficient and professional team. The offered consultancy project matched with the experience and knowledge; LYNK support team was very assisting and responsive as well.

No response from the team on following up payment as promised. Almost a month delay of payment and no follow-up from the team. Disappointed and wanted to remove my profile there.

The payment process was painful and finally resolved outside the system. This is a company process issue not an individual issue

Pranav Sangam and Cindy are very supportive from the beginning. Cindy explained well in details of the interview, Pranav help to go through the payment process step by step.

I was unable to change my Bank Account details from PAYTM BANK to ICICI BANK. Resolved in less than an hour today (Mar 25) by Mr. Pranav who guided me on call, and then helped me access the secure link in Pioneer and register the new Bank account details. Kudos, Guys!
