We are delighted with our chairs, footrests and small table. They are sturdy, well made and very low maintenance. The excellent personal service from the business owners right from first meeting at the Harrogate Spring Flower Show with delivery a couple of weeks afterwards. Made from recycled materials, the finish is really very good and the furniture is durable and solid. Pricing reflects the quality - and we're confident that it will last and last. Very happy to recommend, especially with personal delivery and no packing materials to get rid of - proper customer care from a small business.

We saw the chairs at Harrogate Flower Show. They are comfortable, maintance free and well made. We ordered after the show and still got the show discount. Tony and Meryl delivered them personally to the right spot on the lawn! Great service from lovely people

Absolutely wonderful company and brilliant help from the team. I was deciding between two colours - they very kindly offered to bring both colours so I could choose, kept me up to date whilst I was on holiday so I knew when to expect, and then arrived on time and and waited whilst I decided which to select! It was wonderful to hear how the company started - am sitting in the very comfy chair right now thinking about the people who made it! Highly recommend.

Great Chairs and Footstools with Outstanding Customer Service - we purchased four Adirondack chairs on the 12th April for our fire pit area in the garden - we were so pleased with the initial purchase we decided to buy another four Adirondack chairs along with four footstools for our decking area. Meryl and Tony were incredibly helpful and quick to respond to my questions. They not only assembled the product but also ensured to minimize unnecessary packaging. Their unique personal delivery service allowed them to set everything up and explain the folding and cleaning process. 10/10, quite simply the best company I have ever used.

I originally saw these chairs several years ago but the impression of their colour & comfort stuck with me. Once I was in a position to buy some I placed the order on Luxwood Patios website which was very easy to use. I had an acknowledgement of my order within a couple of hours & shortly after that a proposed delivery date. The chairs were delivered in person by Meryl & Tony who run the company & set up where I wanted them in my garden. You could not ask for a better service & the chairs require no maintenance just an occasional clean. Perfect

Fabulous quality product with excellent customer service.
I purchased two Adirondacks, and was initially a bit anxious as these were more expensive than what I have previously considered spending on garden furniture. However, I am really pleased I chose them because they have been left out over autumn and winter, and remain pristine, exactly as they were hand delivered with love and care by Meryl and Tony at Luxwood. I love them 🥰 ( the chairs 🤣)

Quality that lasts! I bought chairs, footrests and tables in April 2022, and they still look and feel fantastic and have weathered the summers and winters, uncovered, since then very well. The service at the time we bought them was outstanding.

Tony and Meryl have been a dream to interact with. From the moment I processed my order to day of delivery, they are the loveliest and professional team I've experience. On arrival to our home, they hand delivered and installed our new chairs and then explained how to open, close and store them safely. It's rare these days to find good people who put their customers first, therefore Tony and Meryl stand out from the crowd!
