Watch sent in 12 months ago, I have been contacting on a monthly basis and getting the story of backlog and then having to sent it to omega in Switzerland. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! No communication, no action, no trust. I have requested and full refund and my watch back with no response.

The company had my Rolex watch and money. They promised a progress report. That didn’t happen.
They did respond to emails I sent them. I was concerned it was a scam. However when my watch was returned after six months it looks as good as new!
Not sure why the time span was so long but very relieved to get the watch back and really happy with its
appearance.

Avoid this company, you won't see your watch for months and months you will think you have lost it, the parts list and expense will grow, they ignore emails, my tag just needed regulating, then needed all kind of parts, when I got my fully serviced watch back it stopped working after 2 years, when asked they had no interest on letting me no what is wrong with it , just another £400++ bill.
They give no reason or explanation just more expensive repairs???

Saddened to read about the bad experiences from this company, my experience couldn’t have been better. I have a much loved Cartier watch that needed a repair to the strap, the watch company sent me within 2 days a box and prepaid envelope. After a couple of days received an update of my repair and accepted the quote which was very reasonable. During the next few days I received another update and they kept me informed the whole time. It wasn’t long before I got a message saying that my watch was repaired and would be sent off by first class special delivery. When I received the watch back it arrived in a nice smart box for travelling. Very happy with the service I received.

I always thought that the good reviews of a company were written by, family, friends and employees of the company.
It would seem in this companies case to be true.
Unfortunately, I didn't read them. Something I will do in future if the need arises.
I have a Rolex watch which needed a clean and a service.
I scrolled through the internet and found Luxury Watch Repairs.
I was seduced, by their very slick and professional website.
They sent a good box to put it in and a prepaid envelope.
My hopes were high.
They confirmed receipt, and sent an estimate of how much it would be to service and repair.
I could accept or they would return the watch to me.
I duly accepted and made payment.
They said that it would be 12 - 15 weeks, to clean and service.
As this was September 2024, I presumed that I would have it back just before Christmas 2024.
Unfortunately, it was 7 and a half months before it was returned.
I repeatedly contacted them by email and telephone.
They sometimes replied to the emails stating it would be ready in 2 - 3 weeks. I presumed from the date of their email.
The telephone was a bit hit and miss.
When they did answer it was another delay but this time 3 - 4 weeks.
I even asked my Solicitor to give them a ring to find out what the delay was and why they hadn't kept me informed.
They got no joy either.
In February 2025 I contacting Trading Standards, just to see if the company was on their radar. Obviously, they couldn't tell me but they did take details.
I sent a special delivery letter to Mr Oliver Pollock the owner of Luxury Watch Repair, quoting the Consumers Act of 2015, asking for the return of my watch and a refund of the amount which I paid in September 2024.
Again ignored.
I was beginning to think that they had either lost, broken or sold my watch and were afraid to admit it
Mr Pollock did eventually contact me by telephone, informing me that he had been in hospital for some time and obviously, the people whom he left in charge didn't do a good job.
An understatement if ever I had heard one.
Mr Pollock, said that he would phone me back the following Monday.
He didn't.
I tried telephoning him myself a few days later, by there was a recorded answer machine message stating that the telephone line was having maintenance done!!
I consider that they are in breach of their contract with me and should return the money which I paid them.
Surprise, surprise my emails have gone unanswered too.
After 7 1/2 months of frustration, anxiety and sleepless nights I have my watch back.
If, I had any advice to give to any one contemplating using them, give them a swerve until they get their act together
I notice from their website that they do not reply to one star reviews, perhaps they don't read them.
I have contacted Katie Morley, the Consumers Champion at The Telegraph to help with the return of my money.

SECOND ATTEMPT (After TrustPilot censored the first)

Sadly I cannot give less then 1 or I would have!
I cancelled my repair as they cannot carry out all repairs due restrictions on parts imposed by some watch makers (watch out they will not disclose that but still charge you) and requested a refund, which was immediately confirmed.
2 months (AND a legal filing with HC Courts for fund mis-appropriation) later and still no sign of my refund.
A total s%@*!!!
PLEASE PLEASE stay away from those people and go to mainstream providers.

Sent my 23 year old Omega Speedmaster to LWR for repair and service. They kept me informed on a monthly basis as to the progress. After extensive repairs using genuine Omega parts I received my watch back its condition can only be described as brand new and covered with a 3 year warranty. I would highly recommend this company for its professional service and would definitely use them again.

Hi Everyone reading this review. DO NOT use this company! I sent my Omega Constellation watch to them back in November 2023. I was quoted £1879.20 for the required work to be done and a completion time of 12-18 weeks. I am now 15 MONTHS further down the line and many emails later do not have my watch or my money back. They are now ignoring my emails! I do not know what has happened to my watch?

Where do I start , people save yourself a whole lot of heartache and phone calls
Do not trust this company to honour their promises
I sent my late fathers watch for a service in May 2024 and after various calls and generic emails saying watch was progressing through their workshop turns out they were waiting for parts from Switzerland and in November this year after writing a bad review the CEO Oliver Pollock promised I would have my watch back by the end of the year
Guess what I never received the watch
Keep well away would of given zero stars if possible
Update 2 weeks ago I spoke the the customer service Center and was told my watch has been serviced but failed waterproof test new seals are here and being replaced will have watch back by 31st January
Rang las Monday to check if still on course for Friday to be told seals are in fact on order and they will notify me when completed

I have to admit the work done is excellent but customer service is dreadful

Im growing more concerned over my watch that was sent off for repair its been months now and all they keep saying as waiting on parts then when i email again parts in and with repair now and will be dispatched in the next week still no watch can anyone help!

After posting my previous review with trust pilot I thought I was getting somewhere .Actually had a reply saying that LWR were making a claim against royal mail and said they would keep me updated. I email them every week but no reply. I phoned them and no manager get back to me .What is the point of them saying they have an insured package to the value of £25000 and they can't support a claim for losses. Don't get taken in by the positive reviews.There are far more negative reviews. Just want some honest answers.

Back in February 2024 I accepted the Luxury Watch Repair quote and paid up front thinking I could trust this Hatton Garden company with my OMEGA SEA MASTER watch. It is a much loved family treasure and revered veteran heirloom.
After 6 months I'm still waiting to hear when my watch repair will be completed. Two weeks ago I received an email confirming that my watch was not lost. The Email was from somebody called Vallen promising a completion date update. No update after 2 weeks of Vallen's customer service promise to look into my 6 month old order is just astounding.
I just hope nobody else suffers at the hands of Luxury Watch Repairs.
