Sufyaan is always helpful. I’ve been booking with him for a long time and he always finds me a great deal. We usually go to Dubai, but this time we’re trying something different with a 10-day Sri Lanka package he suggested.
Booked a holiday to Thailand with Sol. They were so helpful from start to finish. Very professional as well as giving us local info.
Refused to refund within legal timeframe when our holiday to Dubai was unable to go ahead due to the conflict in the area.

EDIT2 - LOL - Now quoting their T&Cs in their response to me.. How about government regulations..? In particularly The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 No 14...
"Any refund must be made to the traveller without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after the package travel contract is terminated. "
Obviously your own Mickey Mouse T&Cs supersede the law...
You do realise, these reviews from clients you are refusing to refund are going to end up costing you thousands in revenue? Just pay the money back as you are legally obliged to. It's been 42 days now since you told me I could cancel and be refunded.

Package Holiday regulations state refunds should be processed within 2 weeks - they are aware of this having quoted me facts about the regulations in emails.

We had originally booked our holiday in Jan to go in March to Abudhabi,but our flights got cancelled. Thankfully Azim was very helpful and booked to go to Thailand in May as it is a birthday present. We had to more money but it will be worth it as we have not been there.

We booked last year with Sol for a holiday to Dubai due to travel in March when the conflict all kicked off. We were contacted and offered the option to move dates or move destination. Everything was amended promptly and we ended up having an amazing holiday in Maldives. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Excellent service and was really happy with the way my booking was handled. My original holiday to Dubai was affected by the current war going on.
But Sol was quick to respond and assisted me in getting my holiday rebooked for another date.
I have always booked my all my family holidays with them and have never had any issues.

Booked package - impacted by Middle East. They were unhelpful & left us without any accommodation in Thailand and did not honour the rights that are meant to apply with a package holiday. Been a long standing customer over many years - will never use again and simply cannot now recommend them - avoid at all costs.

Terrible holiday provider can see from the many other reviews that they steal people’s money and refuse to provide th holiday they promised they would take care of any issue then if there is issues it’s well pay extra money then they promised transfers for £120 then charge me £150 they took advantage of my brain damage and disability encouraging me to go get currencies for countries that thy knew they were not able to book me to they are either incompetent or liars or both
I would of been better booking the holiday myself they have caused me two weeks of distress leading up to the holiday meaning I’m probably not fit or well enough to fly anyway they promised on Sunday to call or back Monday then it’s Wednesday today meant to be travelling tomorrow and they have screwed up my entire holiday, whole idea of a travel agents is to avoid the stress I would of been better booking myself than with these dishonest crooks
In reply to their copy and paste reply etc … they told mistruths about what the hotel had said I know as I seen the email transcripts etc and also the transfers didn’t turn up or turned up two hours late or wanted more money as holiday company hadn’t provided them accurate times etc or changed of flights etc
They even originally suggest one transfer turn up at 6pm for a 3pm flight so unless it’s a magic time travelling taxi 🚕 etc….
Totally useless travel company I have all the emails to document this too

I'm sharing this to alert everyone about a fraudulent team that's been operating. They promise the world - invest 2k, 5k, 10k, or 25k, and you'll get access to 5-star hotels whenever you want. Sounds too good to be true? It is!
We've been trying to contact them for 5 months to book a hotel, but they're ghosting us. The sales guy, Khan, disconnects the call whenever we reach out. 😡
Don't trust them with your hard-earned money. They're scammers, plain and simple. Spread the word and save others from getting duped! 💔

I travel every year and would always arrange my flights and accommodation with you. I landed at my destination only to find out the transport car from the airport to my hotel was not there, which i had paid for. I contacted the company via email and expressed my disappointment and requested a refund as i had to pay for a taxi. I had several emails from various people back and forth, only to be told that apparently someone was there but unfortunately, i'm incapable of reading my own name and actually identifying a person that apparently was there, basically I was called a liar. I have sent several emails since returning from my holiday and nothing. No refund and no knowledgement what so ever. This is probably the worst customer service I have had. I don't think i will be arranging any of my future travel plans with you ever again.
