THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
How you can not send god knows how many hundreds of customers their orders and just shut down Rue Porter and brand as Luxury Blanks and continue operating is appalling.
I placed an order in November of 2022. It took 6 months and at least 50 emails, instagram DM's/comments to finally get a response which was:
"Hello,
Thank you for your patience during the transition of our new relaunched website.
Unfortunately due to some discrepancies we have countered in our database, previous orders have been lost.
Therefore, we encourage our existing customers who have placed orders on or before January 26, 2023 to file a chargeback through their bank.
Once the chargeback has been filed, the funds will be returned back to your account and we will also approve the claim on our end by default.
Once again, we apologize for any discrepancies this may have caused.

I filed the claim with my bank as they mentioned. And another 2 months go by and I now get an email back from the bank saying that they've "disputed the chargeback and provided evidence to support"
