From start to finish this experience was sophisticated, very clear and so simple! They even sent me a sample swatch within 48hrs!! I was advised for a slight delay because the current situation and even then they over delivered! No hassle for payment and excellent customer service

Amazing experience! Delivery service was fab and made sure I had everything I needed before leaving! Replies from lux sleeps were quick and answered everything I needed to know! Delivery was fairly quick too even throughout these circumstances. I absolutely love my bed - cannot get enough! Would definitely recommend!

Honestly love my bed it’s beautiful and super comfy when I messaged the page I got nothing but politeness customer service was fantastic delivered to me when said the delivery driver was fantastic also I would highly recommend this page for beds as they are amazing the price is perfect too thank you

I found this company on insta. Straight forward to deal with had no issues. Got what i asked for. The bed is very good quality And much better than what I expected since i had never used this company before. Customer service was good.

My bed took 4 weeks to arrive, I was advised of the time scale when placing my order, this time frame was totally understandable in the current climate.
As I was getting closer to the end of my 4 week wait, I contacted the sales team for a delivery date as I have still had to go to work each day and didn’t want to miss the delivery, i was given the number to their logistics team. I contacted them on whatsapp with my details on 3 separate occasions and didn’t get a reply so at this point I started to get a bit paranoid that I’d paid money to another rogue bed site.
I contacted the sales team who were very understanding and helpful and their manager phoned me and discussed with me straight away.
I think the logistics team was the only thing I could fault due to their lack of communication but other than that I would purchase again from this company.

The worst service I have ever received!!! I ordered a bed a month ago! Three and a half hours late for delivery turned up at 11.30pm there was no mattress upon delivering. They have said I have to wait a further 3 days to receive a mattress. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! The worst service I have ever received! This company should be should down. Appalling communication throughout- awaiting them to pick up the bed I do not want.

I was hesitant on ordering a bespoke design bed with my own dimensions. But thanks to the customer service they helped me design the bed, gave me a range of colours to choose from!

Would highly recommend the company.

After seeing a majority of good reviews I was confident this company wouldn’t be a scamming company, but seems I was fooled. So writing this review before anyone else pays money to a company that just fobs you off. I paid my deposit and was told the bed would be here within 10-14 days max as they had in stock the pandemic would not cause any delays. It’s now been 32 days, I’ve been told again and again (when they have come back to me) the bed will be delivered this week.. the bed will be delivered tomorrow, but then nothing. This is a scamming company and I’m writing this review so others don’t loose money as the excellent reviews on here must be fake. Please don’t be fooled like I was wasting money and so much time. Beyond disappointed with my experience.

This is a fraudulent company, you never get what you ask for, neither get the items on the day that was supposed to. The delivery men are unprofessional, the manager is worse, he got different names so he does not get caught! They sold me old and dirrty beds, promised to replace them but that did not happen. You have to be chasing them for information, instead of them keeping you updated, and it gets to the point that they will block you and reject your call when you try from different number. Still to this day I have not been refunded or got the beds replaced. They still have my money!!!

Do not order from this site. Nor their Instagram. I was offered a discount by the company via DMs. Once I ordered the bed and sent my deposit via bank transfer the company took weeks and weeks to confirm delivery or “production” of my bed. Since I had no update, I upgraded my bed to an ottoman storage bed which cost me I believe £150 on top of the original price. I was eventually given a delivery slot. On the day of delivery I received a short notice message saying the bed was on its way, the delivery men were extremely unprofessional, we also had a language barrier issue. I noticed they had delivered an ottoman storage box and normal bed frame, no gas pump etc. I messaged the company and was told the ottoman box was a “complimentary gift” until my gas struts were available which I was very thankful for. I was happy with my purchase, but couldn’t wait for my gas pumps etc to be delivered. After weeks and weeks of correspondence I was Reassured they’d be delivered. Eventually, the Lux Sleeps company completed blocked me on Instagram, deleting all previous messages. I believe the company is fraudulent, Beds are overpriced! You don’t get what you asked for, I spent nearly £500 on a double bed frame which was suppose to be an ottoman frame, NO Mattress! Not to mention the £500 was with £100 off which I “won”. I am so unhappy with the communication from this company, I was scammed and blocked. I work hard for my money and thought I was getting the bed I deserved. I honestly would like to be compensated
