Spending a few hours with a headlamp on to see the name on the labels so I can relabel the bottles. Not how I wanted to spend my Sunday night into Monday night. While going through the bottles I found some have leaked out and two almost empty. Which is why when I opened the package, the instructions pamphlet was wet and the top of the bottles were wet.

While finishing the relabeling of the bottles, one bottle didn’t even have a label so I’m not sure which one it is. I know it has floral notes in it.

Also you have to pay for the import cost which wasn’t anywhere noted when buying. Got an email at 540am saying I have unpaid import dues. Everything I have bought over seas the supplier already has that in the price. Would have been nice to know up front.

Oils smell good but I haven’t even had the chance to enjoy them since having to relabel each one.

I will probably buy domestically from here on out.

I placed two orders with Luxodor back in August, including a Tester Box (10x10ML). While the first order arrived on time, the second order has been an absolute nightmare. It has been weeks, and the item has neither shipped nor been delivered.
When I reached out to customer service to figure out what was going on, the support team was incredibly rude, unhelpful, and completely unreasonable. They randomly claimed they don't ship directly to India and told me to arrange my own courier for pickup—even though I live in the United States and paid $30 for international shipping! They failed to give me any clear updates via email, caused me to completely miss the event I bought these fragrances for, and then blamed me with incorrect location information. Zero accountability and terrible communication. Buy at your own risk.
