Awful that has been my experience so far at least as far as shipping is concerned. The route the package takes to gets to its final destination is horrendous inefficient and makes no sense. They use the cheapest possible shipping speed and route. After 11 days I still have not received them and it looks like according to the tracking I will only receive one of them on Monday the other one is pending so who knows. I wouldnt be a bit suprised if they were damaged due to all of the stops and handling the packages had to go through just to get to Massachusetts

The Brooklyn AC is a wonderful desk lamp. It is nice and bright, or you can dim it down if so desired.

I am very pleased with the customer service I received and more pleased with the purchased product. I should admit I purchased in error the wrong lamp on the Website but immediately requested an order change before shipment to avoid return. Customer service corrected my error and delivered the right lamp which is a fantastic product I would highly recommend.

Discovered this lamp in a major hotel brand. This is our second purchase with more to come. Excellent lighting for desks and work stations. Various light levels allow for better video resolution during video conference calling. The price point may be a bit higher than average although this is definitely not your average lighting fixture. 5 Stars.

I first bought the Brooklyn with shade and really like it.
But the wireless charge for cellphone on the Aura was such an attractive feature I bought 8 to give as gifts.
My wish is that in the future you will incorporate the wireless charge feature to the Brooklyn with the shade. I think the base of the Brooklyn is better/safer, not wild about the sticker on bottom of the Aura, it will eventually loose it's stickiness when you clean desk or night stand surface.

Excellent lamp. Very good lighting. Good quality small footprint in the room. We bought one a few months ago and are ordering a second one now.

Quick shipment, Really like the USB plug-in's for charging , and the lamp has a small foot print that doesn't take up allot of room.

Well let me say they are simply the BEST!!!! I have made multiple purchases and all the products are awesome. Plus I actually ordered the wrong light and worked with Kristen and she was amazing. She got me the correct lamp and I was able to return the wrong one without any issues. Buy any of these lights, you will not regret it.

Great light very clean and sleek my daughter loves it and the way the phone sits on base slightly tilted up its great for school zoom calls
