Our trip to Rio Brazil was amazing! It's so nice to not have to plan anything and just show up! Getting picked up to and from the airport, getting picked up for all our excursions, and having tour guides for all of them as well. We loved all of our tour guides so much! Especially Raquel! She was amazing! Our agent Gabriel was amazing as well! Very responsive and had some great recommendations too! We had so much fun. This is my second time using Luxe Tribes for a trip and I would 10/10 recommend to anyone and will use it again in the future!

This is my 4th trip with Luxe and they keep adding to my list of favorite trips. Planning was a breeze where Elisa helped in every way possible. She was there to answer all our questions, kept us on track, and really helped make our trip to Japan special for my Dad’s birthday. Hitoshi our driver in Tokyo was great. He gave us some history, took us to some hidden gems, and got us connected with great people. He even recorded a wonderful video of us during our Streetkart excursion. This trip reminded me why I have used this company all these years and I’m sure I will use them again in the future. Thank you for bringing our dream trips to life.

I traveled with Luxe Tribes to Bali for their Spring Break in Bali week. The villas were beautiful. All of the activities started on-time and we're so much fun. The food was amazing from a daily in-villa breakfast chef to upscale restaurants with great food and amazing views. There was no task too large for these hosts.

The booking process was easy and payment plans were manageable. All questions were answered immediately and there were planned conference calls prior to your departure providing more information. If there was a special occasion you were celebrating, the staff made sure you could feel the love. If there were activities outside of the itinerary you wanted to explore, the hosts accommodated your request and assisted in the planning.

Luxe Tribes is now my preferred group for travel.

Luxe Tribes curated the perfect Thailand experience. Very well thought-out and planned. Every activity executed with a cultural emphasis and memorable time. The host was very kind and thoughtful. She made sure everyone’s needs were fully met.

The months and days leading up to the trip were also very helpful. The itinerary calls provided details that helped with preparation for the trip. Questions were answered in a timely manner and with consistency.

International travel can cause anxiety however the calls with the travel planner and the details she provided reduced the anxiety. Very helpful in finding information if she didn’t have it readily available and the follow up was consistent.

My trip was absolutely amazing! Almost immediately from the moment we touched down in Brazil our travel agent was in contact with us, and made sure that we had excellent time during our vacation. He had also planned out a big surprise for our birthday girl that made a memorable night for everyone. I would definitely recommend Luxe Tribes for all your foreign adventures!

Luxetribes and specifically Elisa did an amazing job at planning our private trip to Japan. Communication was very smooth and easy. Once arriving she was very thorough and sent daily updates on what we'd be doing the following day. I appreciate Luxetribes and how they paired us up with a great local travel guide. This was my 2nd trip with luxe trip, and I absolutely love the experience of NOT having to worry about nothing. They do all the planning, excursions, where to sleep, making sure we’re always ok, etc and it was amazing. I am such a relax but also have fun type of traveler, I had time to relax, enjoy the sun but still enjoy the excursions. I will be using them again for all my other trips!

Lux tribes does an incredible job ! We used them to plan our honeymoon to Asia - specifically to Bali and Singapore . Emilia was our trip planner and she was extremely organized and never left us guessing . She was always updating us on things we needed and when she was not available her team was always ready . We had private drivers and tour guides the whole time and they were outstanding as well . We felt like we got to see all the best of each country we visited and we were able to adjust when there were things we wanted to change . Highly recommend them if you need help planning any trip ! I can’t wait to use them for our next one .

This was an amazing cultural experience. Being able to visit a world wonder, see a show that captured brazil's history in just 4 hours, to learning the footwork for traditional dance were all priceless memories that I'd recommend anyone experience.

We went on a private Bali trip curated by Lux Tribe and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, and the entire experience felt seamless. The staff was professional, attentive, and made sure the itinerary fit all of our needs perfectly. We had a great balance of activities and downtime, which made the trip feel relaxing without missing out on experiences.

One thing we really loved was that we even had a personal photographer. They truly thought of things we never would have considered ourselves and incorporated them into our package, which made the experience feel extra special and elevated.

The accommodations were top-tier, and the service, from our driver to our Bali contact, left no stone unturned. Everything ran smoothly, communication was excellent throughout the trip, and we experienced zero hiccups.

I went to Venice for Carnival this year. Elisa was an amazing planner. She made sure everything was fully planned and she listened to all my concerns. I really think my trip would not have been as amazing if not for her. She really made the entire trip so effortless.

What a wonderful trip! This is my 3rd vacation with this organization and I can't say enough wonderful things about this company. All you have to do is show up.

From the moment we arrived, everything was handled with excellence, care, and professionalism. Every villa experience, excursion, spa day, the elephant park, butterfly park—every single detail was thoughtfully planned and beautifully executed.
A HUGE special thank you to Priscilla for going above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. She constantly checked in, made sure we were happy, and handled every situation immediately. If we needed anything, it was taken care of almost instantly. When the water wasn’t working, someone came within minutes. When my room door needed fixing, help arrived right away. The level of attentiveness and care was unmatched.
And we absolutely cannot forget our incredible driver, Surya. He was beyond amazing! Always on time, patient, kind, professional, and made sure we got to every activity safely and on schedule. Whether it was shopping, navigating busy areas, waiting for us, or helping us during stressful moments—he was there without complaint and with the best attitude. I even lost my wallet at Finn’s Beach Club, and he genuinely tried to help me find it. That level of care meant so much to us.
The private chef and assistant were also phenomenal! The food, service, and hospitality made us feel so special and taken care of.
What stood out the most was how Luxe Tribe made us feel. They didn’t just book a vacation—they created an experience. Even during moments of stress or group personalities clashing, the team remained kind, patient, and supportive. No irritation, no frustration—just genuine care and professionalism.
Bali is already one of the most beautiful places in the world, but Luxe Tribe made it magical.

My recent trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, was nothing short of amazing, all thanks to Eben Aryeh’s flawless coordination and support. Everything was executed perfectly and felt completely seamless from start to finish, making it the ultimate stress-free birthday vacation. Communication was consistently open, and every single one of my excursions started and ended exactly on schedule. While Eben was always readily available to answer any questions, his proactive planning ensured everything was so well-handled that I didn't even need to ask! I just got back from Rio with a group of 8 friends, and honestly, the trip exceeded every expectation we had. We decided to book through Luxe Tribes, and it ended up being one of the best decisions we made.

Our agent Gabriel was on it—super responsive, easy to communicate with, and actually listened to what we wanted out of the trip instead of giving us some generic itinerary. You can tell he really knows Rio and cares about getting it right. Everything felt personalized to our group, which isn’t easy with eight different personalities.

All of our excursions were seamlessly organized. Visiting Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf could’ve easily been chaotic with a group our size, but everything was timed perfectly and ran smoothly.
