I ordered curly hair extensions from here and what I got to what I ordered is kind blowing. I have emails, pictures and videos of how bad this hair is. They are refusing point blank to refund me for a product that is either faulty or extremely over processed either way it’s not fit for purpose. Customer service has been nothing short of horrendous

I ordered hair extensions last month to get done for my birthday tracking says delivered but I never received when I contacted the company they explained if I leave a good review they will resend my hair out to me! Which I did and it’s now been 4 weeks and I still haven’t received the hair I have asked multiple times for a refund and they still haven’t issued it I’m now going to raise a dispute with my bank considering I paid £570

The hair is amazing quality and the shades and the lengths are the perfect match 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

After trying so many different hair extensions, I can say luxe by she has won me over. Quality of the hair is unreal, and they were so helpful from start to finish. They gave me the perfect colour match & the hair blends into my own seamlessly. Couldn’t recommend enough 🤍

Super impressed with the range of lengths available & customer service were helpful for my colour match. Usually struggle to get in between lengths, but they have every 2 inches available which is perf for me!

I spent a lot of money for tape hair and a weft in 30” I even paid £20 extra to get quicker, i didn’t get no quicker and when I did receive they have missed my weft out. I tried every number possible and had no luck I finally got a email back asking for my order number I sent all relevant information and got a reply saying I have received the package so there is nothing more they can do!!! I am lived I’ve lost hundreds of pound I don’t have my weft and I have missed my hair appointment due to it not coming in time and when it did they left hair out! And now are trying to make out I’m lying! I will be taking this further. If anyone knows where they are based and can help me out with a number this is just not on at all.

I purchased some hair extensions beginning of April for a holiday after a colour match, unfortunately the hair took a while to be delivered. Upon arrival the colour didn’t match my hair so I was instructed to send back for an exchange. I was twoing and throwing for many months trying to come to a resolution with delayed replies and repetitive information being asked. Stephanie the owner took matters into her own hands eventually, she was responsive, apologetic and really understanding of the matter she agreed to a refund and it was quickly resolved when she took over. If she had been handling this from the start it would have prevented a lot of delays, however I have to say if she continues to be responsible for customer communication then matters will be resolved very promptly. She was a pleasure to communicate with

I loved my hair extensions from this brand, the quality was amazing - especially for blonde hair! The colour match and shade was perfect too it blended so nice with my own hair. I’ve always struggled to find a brand that does 24 inch but I was able to get them from Luxe by She! 💗

Unless you’re willing to remortgage your house for 3 days worth of hair don’t bother. Worst hair quality I have ever received or worked with, I had cancer a few years ago so have used almost every hair brand at this point and this is by far the most expensive but worst quality. It’s all profit here as the hair is cheap manufactured hair, breakage is awful shedding is absolutely insane from the second you put them in. Even using all their own hair care products from the beginning will not work Infact I fear this made the hair much dryer. £500 for 3 days worth of hair before there was nothing left? Insane. Can’t wait for the story to come out about this company!

No communication or email my hair is on its way , no email after they arrived , had to contact them lots of times , very stressful , I would not recommend any one bying this hair , worst site with bad communication , an if I wanted to send them back theirs nothing for me to do so , do not bother

I Ordered some 20 inch hair extensions from luxe by she in light mocha . They arrived quick and the hair quality is lovely . They had loads of shades to choose from on the website and a variety of lengths
I had my hair colour matched to the right shade with help from staff. I can’t wait to have them fitted for my competition

writing because i saw this company get a lot of bad reviews so i thought i would leave my review incase anyone is worried.

i ordered approx 100g of their jet black nano rings and 50g of some silver colour. both in thirty inches. i have previously ordered a small 25g pack of the same black nanos to top up my previous extensions (from a different company) that had with time thinned out or gotten lost.

this time i ordered a full set. it arrived a day early using their normal shipping. the quality of the hair feels good for now, i usually buy raw hair but i decided not to this time as personally i didn’t find it to last longer than regular human hair. the strands were nice and thick and the top of them was thin in a good way where it hides nicely on the scalp.

i was a bit concerned about the silver colour, as it didn’t look very close to the colour presented on the website, i thought no big deal i can try to tone it or dye it i didn’t want the hassle of returning, but good thing i didn’t because all it took was one wash for it to match exactly to the colour i ordered.

overall i’m happy with what i got since the strands are thick i ended up using less grams than i was expecting so that will be handy in the future. i dont know why this brand gets slack a lot the hair is great and the shipping is fast. i really can’t see any issue i had with it its been good both times i’ve ordered so i say dont let the reviews put you off buying its good nice quality hair

I always re buy my hair here!! The quality is insane and the hair lasts so long, the only blonde extensions that last 🩷

I ordered stupidly before reading all these AWFUL reviews. Requested a return before I even received them in the post.
Got the item haven’t even opened the package as no need to so requested returns details 3 times before I got a response.
Now same as others they are saying I can only exchange them and not get a refund 😂 this is actually illegal.
So like others I will take it through my bank to get my money back.
Honestly, this company will never last it’s corrupt and selling terrible products.
Stick to other well known brands yes you may be paying £100 more but the quality and customer care tell you everything you need to know!

Shade range is amazing especially for blondes that are looking for that dimension. Very impressed

I have worked with luxe by she for a few years now. I have had nothing but positive experiences when working with them. Hair is good quality and the staff are friendly & kind.

Luxebyshe are fast at responding especially when you’re unsure of what shade to get. I’ve always struggled due to having highlighted hair and they have such a big shade range and got back to me so quickly on which would be best for my hair. They have such an extensive range to choose from for every girly who wears extensions! Thick hair too! Lovely girls! Thank you for all your help. X
