Do not order from here. The dresses are incredibly cheap material (despite the price and pictures on the website). They also promised me a refund and have not issued this after 2 months and lots of chasing emails - they keep avoiding it and saying they have issues with their system.

AVOID!!!! Scam company, the dresses look nothing like the pictures advertised, they are incredibly cheap looking. They are posing as a luxury boutique from London but they are putting the orders through to China. I was offered 5% refund but I refused and they kept coming back upping the percentage. In the end I contacted my bank to dispute the charge and I got a full refund. I would definitely reccomend going through your bank to get the money back and also reporting the website.

Absolute scam of a company! Said the dress would be delivered between 1-2 days, that was a lie as it got shipped from China and took 10 days atleast!
Then the dress turned up and was completely misadvertised! Turned up nothing like the picture and looks like a dishrag! Requested a refund and they told me I would have to pay for shipping and if ‘lost’ I would loose my money for that as it wouldn’t be their problem. They wanted to only refund me 5% of the money which I said no, then 10%. I’m basically out of pocket completely as I paid £40 for a dress that is nothing like it said it was and they are refusing to refund me that £40. Agreed for them to refund me 20% which is still not the £40 but I gave up as i knew this was turning into a scam. But guess what… still waiting for the refund 🙃 don’t think I’m going to get it at this rate.
Disgusted isn’t the word. £40 is a lot of money to people, especially when times are hard and people are struggling to make ends meet!
Do not use them at all! So annoyed and angry they do this to people.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Still have not received a refund for an item that was out of stock - ordered in April. Dresses are absolute crap quality - worse than Shein quality, DO NOT BUY. Have sent items back for a refund and this was approved to do so by their customer service team, now they have stopped responding to messages. Complete scam - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Total scam! I agree with the other customers! Cheapest pair of shoes I have ever bought. False advertising too! Literally it’s a piece of plastic and they won’t refund.

Like many other reviewers this deserves ZERO stars. The product was misrepresented on the website as leather (they are vinyl), they took many weeks to arrive from China (the website makes the company appear to be in USA) and the refund policy is disingenuous (offered a 20 percent refund which would take up to 30 days). Beware of this company!

One star is generous. Sham/scam. Nonsense story about tragedy. Cheap clothing that's not worth the 75% discounted rate. They make the returns process long and hard offering a 25% refund to keep the items, and if you do send them back it has to be tracked postage. My package has been with customers for over a month and I don't believe Luxe & Luna will make any effort to retrieve it. The 5 star reviews are not legit.

Very similar and ordered a dress for a wedding only for it not to arrive on time and they then tell you no refund! Absolute scams!

Website states easy hassle free returns for a full refund. The item arrived is of poor quality, the colour is wrong it doesnt fit, so I got intouch to return it only to be a sent a big long returns policy stating the reasons I had given don't align with there returns policy and I couldn't get a refund.

No dress turned up. Two and half months down the line. Every email suggests it’s ’on its way’ but judging by other reviews, I won’t hold my breath!

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I made a return over a month ago and still have not received my refund! The dresses I got didn't fit properly and the material felt cheap!
I was offered a 20 percent refund and had to ask multiple times to even return my items!! I then had to pay over 20 pounds!!!! To return said items! I have emailed them multiple times to be told your parcel is in customs (has been over 3 weeks!!!!) customer service is an absolute disgrace and I am looking to now take this further so that I can get my money back!!!

I fell for what I now discover is a scam advertising campaign still running on FB claiming closing down! Having now done a bit of digging on Companies House, they were forcibly dissolved years ago. They operate out of China & sent me the link to their website saying I need to pay & return there or I could accept a token compensation of 5%! The banner at the top still says they're closing down! Reporting to all organisations. Buyer beware! If enough of us take action, hopefully they'll be stopped!

Ordered a dress for a wedding unfortunately it turned up after but besides the point I was glad it came until I opened my parcel to see the dress was NOTHING like it was described online. When I emailed for a refund as the website states 30 day money back guarantee I was then told I would only be entitled to a 20% refund or 100% store credit which I will not be using! Avoid this website at all costs.

I placed an order for the “Eirith | Stunning Maxi” dress on April 4th, and what arrived — after more than a month of waiting — was a cheaply made, ill-fitting piece of tat straight from a factory in China. The sizing was laughably inaccurate: the waist only fit because I’d coincidentally lost weight since ordering, but the bust was so absurdly small it wouldn’t fit a child. The materials were substandard, the construction was shoddy, and the final product bore little resemblance to the photos online.

When I raised my concerns, the company refused a proper return, to be fair, this was stated in their terms and conditions, but they instead offered a 30% refund, rather than me shipping the item back to China at my own expense, which would have cost me nearly as much as the dress itself. I therefore, reluctantly, accepted the partial refund on May 1st. As of June 3rd, there has been no sign of this refund.

This company relies on delay tactics, vague policies, and the hope that customers will give up rather than pursue a resolution. I now own a dress I’ve had to repurpose into a costume skirt in the hopes it might find some use.

Save yourself the time, money, and frustration — avoid this company at all costs.

Website is deliberately misleading - they are not closing down, they are making to order in China. Uses false advertising, misleading reviews and AI generated images + offers 30 day refund but then the policy breaches UK consumer law. DO NOT TOUCH
