Never received my package. Customer service responded to my email to say it's on it way. 7 weeks! Now says in tracking package has been destroyed. Don't waste your money!

I had a larger reaction to this foundation. It broke my face out into a rash.
To order this product in my opinion is false advertisement it says 90 days however it’s on a few items not the foundation. I’m very dissatisfied with the Company policies and Customer Service overall.

I ordered some products weeks ago and was told they were delivered and left in my porch - I don’t have a porch and I’ve never received the products. I’ve emailed twice and had no reply whatsoever! I am now asking my credit card for a refund. I only wish I’d read the reviews before placing my order! I did received an email from them titled ‘The girl who lied ‘’ with the option to block them! What the heck!

I nearly spent a lot of money but decided to have a look at Trustpilot and good job I did! Reviews are bad.

I would give -1 if i could ordered on the 29 November, kept checking no movement on my order no tracking information or response from my email.

Glad I ordered through PayPal however on checking the order in PayPal I saw a subscription had been set up yet it was a one off purchase needless to say I cancelled this straight away, funny I reported this case to PayPal and as soon as I pressed done PayPal responded with a refund, something tells me they are already aware of these AVOID AT ALL COST Thku PayPal

I would give 0 stars if I could. . The company are the worst ever . I placed a order. When I received it. I didn't open the package. I changed my mind. . So unused in package. I messaged luxe. Same day That I would like to return. That's over 2 weeks ago. They will not allow me to return. They are breaking the law. . Avoid this company. They do not except returns its a lie

Ordered 2 x eye lash curl and a tint kit to do my lashes for a holiday. It was weeks before I got a notification that it was arriving and it was whilst I was away on my holiday. I redirected the package to go to a local Evri store to collect on my return, but when I went to the store there was no parcel to collect. Have emailed Luxe and they are completely disinterested in investigating this with their courier service , so cost a packet and received nothing. Would not buy from this company again!

I was informed by Trustpilot in an email that I received a few minutes ago that one of my reviews I posted about Luxe Cosmetics was not based on a genuine experience, and it was taken down. I am sick and tired of you accusing me of being a liar. Luxe Cosmetics and I have a good working relationship now, and it seems to me that Trustpilot itself is the one causing trouble. I highly resent being accused of posting something that was not based on a genuine experience that I went through with Luxe Cosmetics. They don't seem to be accusing me of lying, so why do I keep getting these emails from Truatpilot making these accusations? Would you like me to list all the order numbers for the Hair Growth Serum, noting beside each one the problem I had with some of them? This will probably be my last review because I will not be a part of a website that accuses its participants of being a liars.

After 3 months of using this their hair product I see absolutely zero results.. useless product. Waste of time and money.

Money back guarantee?? It doesnt exists. They simply dont reply to your emails.

Product is unusable as the glue is dry and does not stick as intended. Company do not respond to emails. Avoid!

Awful company- state money back guarantee which is a completely lie. I sent proof the product did not work for me, had an acknowledgement email that said it would be passed on and Iv heard nothing since. Iv emailed three times and just accepted the fact I won’t be getting any further. They love to send emails re their promotions from the same customer support email though!

Emailed the company a day after ordering as I decided to cancel my order, although initially I got an email back saying their mailbox was full so it couldn’t be delivered, within a couple of hours a customer service advisor (Camilla) had emailed me back and they had refunded my order. So although I can’t comment on the lash lift&tint set, I can’t fault the customer service

Guarantee isnt worth the black n white is written in. They do not answer an initiated refund then the 30 days are lapsed. Ive been trying to get my money back for 3 months via paypal dispute. I bought the product on the uk site, yet they want me to return it to the USA!! Costing £22 to then still try and get my money back. Aftersales ignore messages. Its a total scam and I expect there are alot of others trying to get their refunds, perhaps thats why they dont answer emails because they are inundated and inbox full!!!

I can't comment on the product as I haven't received it. It's been a month. They tried to tell me I haven't paid, but I have provided proof that I have. I've emailed the support email a number of times and received no reply. I received a response via Instagram, who suggested I contact the support email address 🤦 if I ever receive the item, I hope the product quality is better than the customer service!!

Products produced and shipped from China so will not be regulated by European standards.
Waiting for response from 'owner' re my refund.

Made a clear claim to be a UK company and I paid extra for 48 hour delivery on December 16th for a Christmas present. Just received a shipping update (22nd December) to find my order is currently in Guangzhou. Feel a bit stupid, looked too good to be true; you know how that one works out
