Rude presenter…

A presenter in the live was unprofessional and rude. When I mentioned that the inside of a £2k Chanel bag was dirty she told me to “chill” and “it isn’t that deep”. I would expect a £2k bag to be clean but her flippant and rude comments made me decide not to buy it if this was their attitude. The company needs to give their blonde presenter a course in professionalism and presenting their items and being nice to customers!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry that your experience during the live left you feeling disappointed.

For context, during the live a request was made to see a specific Chanel bag that was not currently listed for sale. We explained at the time that the bag had only just been sold to us, had not yet been opened, and was still awaiting its standard cleaning, inspection, and preparation process before being photographed and listed. Our team made an effort to locate it among incoming parcels and show it purely as a preview, with full transparency that it was not yet in sale-ready condition and would be professionally cleaned before any listing.

That said, we do appreciate that tone and wording matter greatly. Live selling can be a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, but that is never an excuse for a customer to feel dismissed or uncomfortable. We always aim to communicate clearly, respectfully, and professionally, and we’re sorry if our response came across otherwise.

well ive got my shoes in Ukraine only…

well ive got my shoes in Ukraine only after I paid the customs tax in the amount of 153$

they were counted while they were at the customs control just about 2 weeks they were ! but its not the question to Your command, Lux Central.

the balenciaga Speed socks are exactly my size but During use, they apparently were tored at the toe, which disrupts the design idea of construction. This moment is not so critical in amount to be said with pretension.

The best service

The best service! I purchased an LV passport holder, it arrived securely packaged and as described, the gift envelope wishing a merry Christmas was a nice touch- I also recieved a copy of authenticity which I wasn't expecting. Overall a very happy customer - speedy secure delivery which given the time of year, is great!

They are a great and fully trustworthy

They are a great fully trustworthy company. I sold two Louis Vuitton items to them after filling out their form. They were usually fairly quick to reply, and checked the items over very quickly upon receiving before instantly paying me out. Great service and would highly recommend whether buying or selling!

Straight-forward and fast process!

I sold a Gucci and Saint Laurent bag with Lux Central. The process was very straight-forward, quick and easy. Payment was prompt once they had received and inspected the items. A very fair price was also offered to me for both items. Thank you!

I am absolutely over the moon

I am absolutely over the moon ! The first time I’ve seen the live and my first purchase and the bag is amazing .. fantastic quality .. it’s just perfect and what a great price . It was delivered 2 days after I bought it ! I can’t wait to get some more ! Thanks so much

Great experince

My experience was great send in bag quote online got back with a good price next day. The team was fast with their communication made the whole process simple and easy. Got my payment same week. Will definitely use them again in the future.
