I'm trying to give them more bad reviews. It's a complete scam. Look at there Google reviews. They don't take lot's of returns. They avoid giving anyone back their money anyway they can. From making up policies that are not listed, to never getting back to you. When you get your items, expect them to look nothing like the picture. Any good reviews on here have to be fake.

This is a total scam website, we bought an Enhypen jacket from then and after checking the photos more closely we realised it’s a fake. We immediately send an email to cancel and got an AI written message with some bs fulfilment excuse.

I liked the design. Material feels a bit cheap considering "Lux" means luxury...but pop off! took almost two weeks to ship, but I don't really care that much cause im not in a rush for summer, it's still March. I would recommend buying from this website if you like cute designs for a fairly good price.

I ordered a candle in early December for my daughter’s birthday. I received tracking information from USPS that the shipment from China had been detained due to fraudulent postage. I sent this information to LuxandLuxy and received a non-specific reply from “Amy” that arrangements were being made to fulfill the order. Five emails and almost two months later, I’ve had no further shipping update or response from LuxandLuxy and still no candle. Disappointing.

Do not buy from this company ..Ordered an item that didn't fit. Got RMA number .,,paid for return shipping. Provided tracking and proof of delivery. It's been over 2 months with multiple emails but they have not refunded.

I bought a sweatshirt for Christmas for my daughter. It came and was to small. I contacted customer service and was told I could keep the first sweatshirt and they would send me another in a bigger size free of charge. All I had to do was write a 5 star review. Well let me tell you that was a HUGE mistake ony part. 1 month later and still no sweatshirt. Don't fall for the same BS I did!!! This company sells the same cheap stuff like Shein and Temu at higher prices. Then they make up lies to make themselves look good and give you a false sense of hope. You got me once but you definitely won't get me again!!!

Ordered a skirt in wrong size and customer service offered to send me a new correctly sized and I could keep the original, very generous

The good: they extended the 14 day return timeline due to the holiday season and Christmas gifting.
The bad: my daughter was not happy with the shirt. They do not pay for return shipping and the return shipping address is in France and would’ve cost us $23 from the U.S., which is was nearly what the shirt cost in the first place, so this store is basically a scam that makes you pay for shipping and then pay for return shipping, so turns out to be worthless to try to get a refund for the product.

When I had received my product, it was lovely but about a size too small. When I contacted customer support to initiate a return or exchange, they made a generous offer to send me an additional product while I keep the one I already had, all at no charge. But only if I left them a five star review first...I expressed my discomfort with having a good review bought from me, but they would not budge. I turned down their offer, being left to cover all expenses on my own. Suffice to say I cut my losses. What they are doing is very wrong and none of their five star reviews should be trusted.

P.S. As I write this review, I funnily enough just noticed a prompt below which guards against writing reviews because of an incentive. A bit ironic.

DO NOT BUY! I bought a sweatshirt that was clearly labeled as embroidered and its cheap screen print. They say they offer refunds but you have to return it to France which would cost more than I'd get back from the item.

This company took my money, marked the order as shipped, and never delivered anything. The tracking number never updated and showed no proof the package was handed to a carrier.

Their stated delivery window is 6–10 business days. Over a month passed with nothing. Customer support sent one generic excuse claiming an “unexpected issue that temporarily affected processing,” then went completely silent. No shipment proof. No updates. No resolution.

This is not a delay — it’s non-delivery after payment. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a sweatshirt that ended up being to small. Customer service was fast and attentive and offered to send a new sweatshirt free of charge. If this is true I am overly impressed with the quality of customer service and the willingness to please their customers. I will be a returning customer.

Ordered a shirt my daughter picked out for a Christmas gift. The shirt was nice but the arm sleeves were a little tight. I reached out to Customer Service to figure out how to do the exchange. They responded quickly and will send us the correct size. At this point, very impressed with their easiness in response.

Customer service is excellent. We were able to exchange and they offered for us to keep the wrong size at no extra charge. They were prompt and the quality of the sweatshirt was wonderful.

The item was exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price. It arrived on time. Very happy.
