After 20 years with our old curtains we knew we wanted a new fresh look, but didn’t know exactly what. Our Luxaflex representative came out to our house and provided advice on what would achieve the result we wanted as well as colour advice and general decoration alternatives.
Luxaflex provides a number of options to stimulate our thinking and help us make our final choice. These are all quite modern and very different to our previous curtains,.
We chose the Pirouette range in “Silver Shine”. It’s a unique look, modern and luxurious.
This has resulted in the fresh, sleek look we were hoping to achieve.
The staff at LM Curtains, our Luxaflex dealer, were great to deal with and went the extra mile to make our experience so much easier and better, we really do appreciate their assistance.

A coincidental experience at a friend's home introduced me to Duette blinds and LM Curtains. We have now had them installed for a month and we are 100% satisfied. The sale process was handled in the most professional way and this was then backed up with a meticulous fit out (which was earlier than originally planned). A few days later a courtesy call to ensure that we (the customers) were happy and there were no problems. Leanne, Kathy and Chris from LM Curtains were outstanding in every respect. As for the Duettes - every visitor to our home during the Christmas period have noticed their clean simple lines - WOW. We truly appreciate their thermal qualities already.

We have replaced material curtains with pelmets and backing. These curtains took up a great deal of space and required fixing to the walls with a large number of screws, they were difficult to remove to clean being very heavy and hooked in a large number of spaces to the runners. We have right angled corners in wooden double hung sash windows so fixing options were limited.LM Curtains suggested Luxaflex Duette shades to fit into the right angled window joins with minimal leakage of light, easy to hang and remove, colour match the walls and woodwork, reduce sound in the bedroom facing the main road, improve thermal efficiency in all rooms, anti static to repel the dust we get from the roads around us and last, 4 small fixing screws you never see.LM Curtains were accurate and knowledgeable in their descriptions and very timely with their measure,quote and fitting.

From our first contact with L & M Curtains everything that was programed to happen did so without fault,the end result was we are extremely happen with the Luxaflex products that were supplied and fitted in a very professional manner. We would highly recommend L & M to anyone contemplating purchasing curtains products.

Most impressed with Chris who, without any assistance, installed our 2 roller shutter blinds in the one day after which he provided a simple explanation and demonstration of the functions involved. Now after a couple of weeks of usage, we are very impressed with the product and the flexibility it provides.

From day of entering into buying my luxurious Luxaflex Internal and External blinds to day of installation, the journey has been smooth and a completely satisfying experience, due to amazing customer service.

My first experience with Luxaflex takes me back about 15 years ago when i first needed window coverings that would allow me privacy and protection from the elements during the heat of summer and the cold of winter but would enable me to draw them and keep me in close contact with my beautiful garden.I started with the Duette blinds in my living area and then as we did our first renovation extended the Duette range into our large second living area.I have loved these products that have served every purpose i intended.The coverage of the windows is ideal but the fact that when drawn the stack back is so small that you barely notice them on the windows at all,thus allowing me the openness i was after.
I have just purchased a Luxaflex Vertiglide to cover a sliding door and am thrilled with my purchase.The colour range is great and the follow up service has been wonderful
I would highly recommend Luxaflex products without any hesitation at all .

Fantastic product .
My new Blinds are not only great to look at but the efficiency of making my room noticeably warmer therefore reducing heating costs.

The time frame in which the job took was within a really reasonable time considering the amount of work commissioned.
During the covid 19 period the professionalism was very considerate and respectful of the conditions required for the installation.
I would recommend the product. The windows now look fantastic and have made what was a old fashioned window look modern.
