The blind we ordered (Luminette) is absolutely beautiful and just what we wanted.
The installer did a fantastic job too.
I will be getting more of these for my other rooms down the track.

We are from country South Australia. We initially popped in to view products. Staff were friendly and informative and it was great to see the range of Luxaflex products and the way they were displayed.
What made Luxaflex - Gepps Cross special was their willingness to travel 650Km to measure up and then again to install.
Products (Lumishade and Silhouette soft shades) work beautifully and looks beautiful.

The team at Luxaflex made everything so easy, from choosing the best blinds for us, colours, measurements, fitting and enjoying our beautiful new blinds nothing was too much trouble. Could not be happier!

Fantastic Experience.

Staff were polite, friendly and very helpful when I was picking out my blinds. Ordering and installation was a breeze. The blinds look amazing and are very good quality, I'll be a repeat customer!

While we are very happy with the product, our experience wasn't great. Initially, we were measured and quoted , then when the product arrived, it didn't fit. After much discussion, another measure, a few more weeks, then the new product was installed. Everything was great except one blind, although the size was measured correctly, it was manufactured incorrectly and subsequently didn't fit. Another couple of weeks, then bingo! Everything fits and works as it should.
The people at the store tried their best and we are happy in the end just the process wasn't ideal.

The selection process is tough when you're not sure what you really want yet, but my husband and I were provided with detailed options and visual examples to help us decide.
The installation process was fantastic and I cannot fault Tyson for the job he completed.
The Luxaflex blinds are a high quality and we're glad to have them in our home. Unfortunately we didn't fall in love with our choices, but after a re-consult with Nick, we were able to make a few tweaks and I couldn't be more pleased. Really appreciate this service from those mentioned above!

Well I found a “salesman” willingly giving good old fashion CUSTOMER service. Matthew, took the time to actually talk, show, explain and offer other suggestions and recommendations. I found the same product elsewhere cheaper but Luxaflex got my business because of the service provided. Then installation was the next best experience, Tyson was such a gentleman and wore socks in my new house, no other tradie showed this level of respect.
One product arrived damaged and amazingly I did not have to ask, it was automatically replaced in lightning speed time. I have had nothing but compliments about the window furnishing and have recommended and praised Luxaflex because they so deserve it. I highly recommend Luxaflex for anyone looking for top quality service and products.

The team at Gepps Cross are fantastic, sales to installation. The plantation shutters are amazing they have really transformed our house.

The communication was good, kept us up to date on progress for installation. Installation was on the day and time that suited us and was done professionally, cleaning up at the finish. Very happy with the end result.

Having to replace a blind due to Insurance Claim, the Option to look at blinds in store was very helpful. Nick Hambour worked through the selection process very professionally, with us. As we had not had new window treatments for over 20 years it was amazing how things have changed. We chose the dual Luxaflex chain operated blind as a replacement - But also decided to do the other two bedrooms at our cost. Blinds perfect for our needs and rooms look larger.
All staff we dealt with had excellent people service, on time and kept us informed along the way. Much appreciated. Will recommend sotre and Luxaflex to others.

Excellent Service, friendly and personable Installer arrived on time and completed the Installation without hassle. One of Plantation Shutters had a flaw, crack in frame, the Installer notified us during Installation. That was reported back to the Supplier who quickly acknowledge flaw and contacted Manufacturer.
Because of Xmas, small delay, then was quickly replaced.
Very easy process, great to deal with, kept fully informed plus they LOOK GREAT. VERY PLEASED, Thouroughly Recommend
