Good efficient ordering system, quick delivery and quality product

They sent the wrong item, not the one I ordered. I asked for a refund or exchange and how I could return the wrong item. They said I could return it for a refund or exchange, but you have to return items to an address in Sweden at your own expense and fill in customs forms. Not worth the expense or hassle. They should pay for returns if it was their mistake. Definitely wouldn't use them again.

This was a birthday present for my husband and we were initially delighted with the iPhone 17 two tone case. Unfortunately, within twelve days of first being used, (June 21st) the black inner casing - which holds the phone in place - has come apart from the outer case on the corner by the camera lens aperture. That same outside corner is also already showing signs of wear.
Such a disappointment as this phone holder is so attractive but no longer appealing.

I was very pleased to be able to find a phone case for my Samsung Galaxy A12, as the options for older model phones are limited. It arrived quickly, and was of good quality, hopefully it will last well. I was particularly happy using Lux case having ordered with Case Monkey previously. Case Monkey accepted my original order, but there was a supply issue, Case Monkey did not notify me of this until two weeks later when I emailed them, so it has been a relief that Lux case has been so prompt.

The strap did not fit suunto ambit3 watch

They sent me the wrong screen protector and have not responded to my emails asking for the product that I actually ordered.

Was quick and royal mail. The case came before the phone and is good quality. 👍

I love my new mobile phone case, does the job perfectly, good delivery and customer service. Would recommend.

The straps on the chest mount are too stretchy. They do not hold the camera mounting plate tightly against the chest even when tightened fully.
The shoulder straps also regularly detach from the mounting plate when putting the mount on.

Quick delivery of a perfect replacement for my previous case which had lost its magnetic clasp.

Ordered two e-reader covers in different colours, one for myself and one for my wife. They arrived on time by Royal Mail, were exactly as described, and excellent quality and value.

I ordered replacement ear pads for my Audio Technica ATH-ANC9 headphones. The ordering process was very simple, with updates on my order.
I ordered the item on Saturday 23rd May, and it was delivered on 25th. May. Having come from Sweden, I was totally impressed with the service, and the delivery process.
The ear pads are of good quality, and are really easy to fit. They are slightly thinner than the originals, however when fitted and tested I couldn’t tell the difference, except in the price, as these are roughly £70 cheaper.
I’d certainly recommend Lux-Case if you’re looking for replacement headphone ear pads and I’ll certainly use them in future should I require replacements in future.
I truly great online shopping experience.

Ordered Sunday afternoon 24th May and delivered at 1.25pm Wednesday 27th which is brilliant on a bank holiday week.
Item as described and well packaged with the strap being fantastic quality and the butterfly fastening making it stand out compared with the typical ones.
Would recommend the seller and the strap.
