Easy to use service and product seems good quality. It was a gift and the recipient is happy with it. Took a bit longer to arrive than expected as it's not shipped from the UK but nothing to long.

Very satisfactory product.
My original Samsung phone case was 5 years old and beginning to fall apart. There are many (often cheaper) options online for a phone case for the Samsung A20e but I liked this one for its colour (mid-tan) and wallet style. It lived up to expectations. It's not leather (I knew that) but it is reassuringly sturdy as well as smart and I think it will serve me well.

Strong case
I bought the 'coffee' coloured case for Samsung A34. Great colour, good quality, very robust. Fitted phone well. Arrived in a timely manner.

The watch strap broke after 2 weeks
The watch strap seemed fine, but broke after two weeks of using it. It's lucky I didn't break/lose my smart watch.

The glued back of the case has come loose already after 2 weeks of use.
Not happy
***Need to add that they had a brand new case posted out to me without any quibbling. Faith restored! 😁

Still waiting for my order
Still waiting for my order . Was told it would be here 3 days ago so in total 16 days so for . And no more response so poor..... verging on lux case being unreliable I hope am wrong will keep you informed.... I have just received my order so only can say if you can wait longer for delivery it looks great so don't be impatient like myself worth while waiting for ...
