Scam posing as Biglots.
There was a website set up that looked legitimate. They indicated they delivered through FedEx. My delivery would be in 3 to 5 days. I would receive an email.
When I never received an email after five days, I went online to look for their website. The website no longer existed.

This is a scum they made a website called home base everything looks real , I contacted my bank and my son gona tracked them soon and bring them all back to the police good luck

Ordered Tupperware from a site listed as Tupperware early December 2024 - when no emails and no order confirmation emails came through I emailed them TWICE. No reply. Further investigation shows the money going to LUVEF LONDON GBR. And now I see I've been scammed. Grrr. Bloody robbers. How do I deal with this? Any suggestions?

Bought an item on the homebase website and was directed to luvef and paid. This is a fraudulent homebase site, not the real one, it looks identical so beware when directed to payment

Bought a few items from "Big Lots". Charge went through from Luvef. Disputed charge through bank fraud department while it was still in processing stage. Big Lots is aware of this scammer and FBI is involved in tracking them down in U.K. another interesting thing is that the "Big Lots" website has this Trustpilot verified check mark. Unreal.....

I ordered what I thought was a big lots store by, it all looked legit until today the 28 Dec, now says order is not found. I tracked the stuff from packing to sending. I then noticed it was This company on my credit card...frocking piss me off scammer!

Pretended to be Biglots closeout store online. Very realistic website, logos and all. Made on purchase, was going to make another and checked my email, it went to junk and when I hit reply came up with different email. Still was another legit website, it wasn’t until I checked my bank account that it came up with the Luvef name. Now out of my money until it clears my bank and then can dispute it. Scumbags. The website is based in India.

Scam. Directed to site that appears to be big lots merchandise. Product never delivered.

Only did one star because was unable to do none. Placed an order on 12/27/2024with what I thought was Big Lots, never received a confirmation email. Amount is pending on my account, have already contacted my bank as these are scammers. Once amount is pending you have to wait until processed to report fraud. DO NOT ORDER FROM LUVEF.COM.

Ordered from what I thought was QVC. Ordered Ninja Creamery. The took money out instantly I have still not heard anything. Turned it over to fraud department at my bank.

This is a scam. I paid nearly $60 for Tupperware via Facebook Marketplace and have had no follow up! Avoid anything like this on Marketplace. They are vultures!

I got scammed on the Tupperware close out. Never will I order from Facebook ad again. I didn't realize until the money was out of my account

Made a payment for a order I placed on December 2 2024 it didn't show up but they sure took it out of my bank account fast still waiting no emails about delivery status or anything.

I paid for the Ninja slushi through QVC on 12/23/2025. When it came for payment I was directed to Luvef, used my Apple Pay. Received an email verifying purchase with an order number. Contacted QVC 12/26/2024 because I was unable to verify the order number. They have no information on the order number provided. Luvef tried to withdraw the money twice todayafter I contacted QVC. I will be filing a complaint and fraud.

I attempted to purchase from who I thought was Big Lots. My credit card was locked (Thank God) my order was not processed. Reading these reviews makes me feel sick to my stomach knowing that someone tries to steal from you with no remorse. DO NOT ORDER FROM LUFEV!!!! They are a SCAM!!!!

Claiming to be Homebase Closing down sale ... luckily enough my bank stopped my payment and blocked my card ... what total scumbags !!

Scam Site. Bought items supposedly from Homebase Sale...

Today they claim to be big lots closing sale items I received no email of receipt of items bought , now I can’t even find their ads. This is a scam , and I will be reporting them to my cc
