I have used Luso Spas twice now. Once to have my hot tub relocated and yesterday when I purchased a new cover.
They are always true to their word, give regular updates on timings and are extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I am so pleased I found this company. Will never go anywhere else. They are truly amazing

We purchased our Hottub and air source heat pump from Luso spas some years ago and the service was excellent, we had everything serviced recently and their after sales service is equally excellent, ensuring everything is up and running for the Christmas holidays

Used them to move my very big and heavy hot tub. Very good service. Great price and arranged really quickly. Couldn’t recommend them enough

I was pleased I chose this company for buying and servicing my hot tub. My phone calls were answered promptly and they were very helpful. Billy did a good job of servicing my hot tub efficiently and was very polite.

The team was amazing from start to finish with my constant questions and helping find the right hot tub for me and my partner. The 2 young men that delivered the hot tub and did the set up Tom and Billy were lovely especially as they had a tricky job to get the hot tub in to my garden, it had to go through my neighbours with permission, of course Into mine. From asking the position of how I wanted the hot tub and to the full set up and installation and then a walk through of the hot tub itself. Which was truly helpful. Along with writing down the name of the hot tub for me, the name of the filter and serial number for the keypad and writing down the name of the Bluetooth.
There was a slight issue in regards to the lights. The next day, when I went to use it and the team were out the very same week to come and have a look. All it was was a slight loose connection.
They fixed that problem quickly and efficiently really helpful and quick to respond to the very minor problem. The hot tub itself was delivered on the 8th September so I also have had time enough to be using it, and it fabulous. Especially for my partner who is disabled, it's brilliant hydrotherapy for him, and for me, stress relief, and also a bit of a social when you have your friends round.
Wonderful, helpful team, and the hot tub looks brilliant.

Had luso spa’s pick up a hot tub I once owned before I moved house and I brought it back off the person who brought my house off me … the service was absolutely brilliant from pick up to drop off , they also did a full chemical clean on it because it hadn’t been used for 2 years , flushed and refilled , purchased new filters and water care kit at a very good price , all in all brilliant from start to finish ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The team at Luso Spas were knowledgeable and so easy to work with helping to sort a replacement unit to run our hot tub as the existing pack was obsolete.
Very quick at responding, arranging a visit next day. All back up and running!
Happy to recommend and will be back in the Spring for a new hot tub cover.

From start to finish I had good communication, great advice on which would be no suitable for what I wanted, friendly service and was told what was happening at each stage and I'm now left with an amazing jacuzzi!! Great service....I recommend highly

Firstly went to the showroom and had a look around . They were very helpful and explained what would be best for what we needed.
Then ordered hot tub , and with that it was delivered and installed in a very professional manner. Wasn’t an easy access . Although they made it look easy .highly recommended this company. First class hot tubs and service.

Just shockingly bad service & simply just scammers!
Two weeks of being messed around by this company.
They were supposed to relocate a hot tub for me, messaged to say their vehicle had been pulled over for not having an MOT on the way to my job (they didn’t even have the collection date correct). Day after day of excuses & then when I asked for refund they just ignored & have not refunded.
Total Scammers, I wish I had Googled this company & Jai as I am not the only one they’ve scammed.
Also trade under several other names such as Luso Spas.

I used their hot tub moving service to transfer my spa across town to my new home. Communication prior to move was very difficult, though the lads on the day were nice. However, when I came to unpack it there was damage to the outside LED light casing. The company and its owner Jai continually avoided my calls and messages for days until eventually claiming not to know how the damage was caused and denying responsibility. I have had to arrange repair myself. Very disappointed in their customer care.

I purchased an atlantis ho tub which was delivered in March 2023. I couldn't fault the excellent service from ordering to delivery.
Unfortunately it's not quite the same service when something goes wrong. Towards the end of last year (Dec 2024) the cover started splitting, ie the stitching on the fold was starting to come apart. This shouldn't be happening so soon. I've had hot tubs before and the covers have lasted well over 5yrs, especially when the hot tub is under a protective roof so sheltered from the elements.
After emailing Jay with photos and details I was told that they would order a replacement cover for me. I was also told it could be March for delivery. I emailed again in April to be told that the container was delayed, I emailed again in June to be told that the container was due that week. Since then I've not heard anything. I've sent various emails asking for an update but no reply.
I am now at my witts end as the cover to my hot tub is falling apart.
Help!!!

Contacted Luso Spa on Tuesday with regards to a hot tub lid. This was ordered on Tuesday and delivered today Thursday. Excellent service and very easy to deal with. Would highly recommend.
