Unreal Energy (Formerly Lush Renewables) Anmeldelser

Unreal Energy were recommended to me by the electrician I have used for over a decade when I asked him about battery storage options. From the first enquiry, to the survey they carried out to the quote, installation and follow-up, the service has been faultless at every stage. They are honest, hardworking, knowledgeable and have a real focus on explaining options to you in layman's terms. The battery storage solution provided was at an excellent price compared to other quotes I received and they topped this off with exceptional customer service. I have already recommended them to 4 other people and am very happy with my choice. If you are looking for solar and / or battery storage I would highly recommend Unreal Energy to do the work for you.

They were very helpful at the quoting stage because I new very little about solar but they talked me through and helped me understand without any pressure to use them. I was pleased with their quotation and very pleased with their performance in fitting everything tidily and efficiently with care for my property. Good follow up too. I feel looked after.

Really pleased with the Solar install process. I would happily recommend them to others and cannot praise them enough.

David, James and Dylan provided a thoroughly professional and helpful service throughout the whole solar process. Explaining the options in detail and answering any questions we had. The installation process was completed when expected and to a high standard. If you are looking for a local solar installer, look no further. Thoroughly recommended.

Excellent, fast and competent service. Really enjoyed working with them!

I am writing this review on behalf of my parents. We decided to go with Lush Renewables following several recommendations. They certainly did not disappoint, They could not have chosen a better company fit their solar panels. David James & Dillon were a pleasure to have in their home. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were very helpful & patient in showing them how the system works. 100% would recommend this company.

Very friendly and professional. Great team and very competitive price. Really happy with the end really and went above and beyond. Great service would definitely recommend.

Professional organisation with very honest pricing. I’d contacted a large majority of the national battery and pv installers and was overwhelmed with the cost making the ROI challenging, Lush were able to deliver what I required at a price that made the battery switch genuinely palatable.
Install again was on point, we discussed the placement options and best way to minimise obvious cable runs. This resulted in an install that’s sympathetic to the property without it looking out of place.
If I ever find myself in the need of future Battery or PV requirements Lush would be my first port of call.

At every stage David, Dylan and the team were simply excellent. They listened to what we wanted. Gave good advice. Were the quickest. Best value. Efficient in installation. And have given great after service.

Lush Renewables provided outstanding service. After another company told my elderly mother that her solar system was a fire risk and needed more than £5,000 of replacement parts, we sought a second opinion. Lush Renewables carried out a thorough inspection, confirmed that none of the expensive work was required and treated my mum with respect and patience throughout. Their communication was excellent, and their professionalism and integrity were obvious from the start. A trustworthy and highly competent company that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

From the initial contact to the install completion David & the team were professional in their approach, happy to explain & answer my queries. Flexible in accommodating my timeline requests the work was completed quickly, efficiently & to a very high standard. Communication was excellent throughout the process & continues in the same vein.

A friendly & knowledgeable service from start to finish. From the initial enquiry to the final handover of the system, David & James provided a professional and high quality service. All aspects of the installation were clearly explained and all options/questions answered with clarity. I would highly recommend , Lush Renewables, to anyone considering a solar installation whether for solar panels or just an add on battery system, as in my case.

Five star service from start to finish. From the initial enquiry to the final handover of the system, David, James and Dylan provided a professional, considerate and high quality service. With every aspect of the installation clearly explained and all questions answered with honesty and clarity. I would recommend highly, Lush Renewables, to anyone considering a solar installation.

Very impressed with the team from Lush Renewables, clearly very passionate about what they do and that makes for a very enjoyable experience. From the initial quote and survey to the installation was all very straightforward and all done to a high standard of workmanship. I’m very happy with the result.

The team at Lush Renewables were fantastic. The whole process from quote to installation was smooth, they were prompt, courteous and efficient and we're delighted with the results. I would happily use them again.

David and the Team from Lush Renewables were amazingly helpful, from our initial enquiry, to installation, to post-installation advice and support. These are people who care about what they do and care about their customers. We cannot recommend them highly enough. They made the installation of our Solar PV System a pleasure from start to finish.

The whole process was made easy by David and the Lush Renewables team and I felt fully informed about what I was buying and how the installation would proceed. Purchasing a solar system is a significant up-front financial outlay and I feel we’ve achieved value for money, not just in terms of the efficacy of the system day-to-day but through the care taken with the installation and quality of the hardware.

Used Lush following friend’s recommendation. Absolutely delighted with the advice, service, installation and follow- up. The Team are a pleasure to deal with pre, post and during installation.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Lush if you are considering a renewable solution.

I am building a new house and have solar installed on my current house, so have some experience of the technology. Lush were competitive on price, but just as important suggested a 3 phase inverter option, despite this adding cost, as it would give a better outcome. They also quoted on high quality panels and updated those when a new model became available. The installed system is 16kW panels + 31kW battery. Service and communication have been excellent and they have worked around the problems inherent in providing an integrated roof solution on a new build which probably required more visits than normal. They are just a 3 man team, but all are knowledgeable.

Good service nice people and good price. Would recommend them for your Solar requirements
