Impeccable service, quality chairs!
The service from Lush was impeccable. From order to delivery I was communicated to throughout, speaking directly to the courier prior to delivery to ensure someone would receive the gorgeous stools I ordered for my kitchen island. The delivery driver mentioned I could open the box to view the items and return if not satisfied. He was very helpful and friendly. Regarding the cream and gold stools they are just gorgeous, amazing quality and super comfortable too which was my main priority when ordering chairs for our island and I cannot recommend their products enough.
I will definitely be ordering again from Lush.

Do not use this company
Do not use this company, they say they charge you £40 for a return if u use their company, so I did a return it with a private courier and they lied and said I have to still pay the £40, please refund me the £40 as I didnt use yr return service immediately. Total scammers stay clear, reporting them to the trading standards

Hi Maria,
To clarify the situation for transparency, you were fully refunded for the returned product. The £40 referenced is the original delivery charge, which is non refundable as the delivery service had already been completed. This is clearly outlined in our returns policy and was also explained during your return process.
You chose to arrange your own courier, so no return collection fee was charged by us.
If you would like us to share the policy details again or discuss this further, please contact us directly and we will be happy to help.

This shop is a hidden gem- I come here most Saturdays with my mum and cannot leave without buying something as the quality of the products are so well priced for what you are getting out of it. Such a great experience the manager is very welcoming and friendly and always has a smile on her face. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Clevedon 10/10 would recommend
