Received my bag, the quality is unbelievable!! The detailing is perfect, the person I had been contacting was very nice, they sent me pics before sending the bag. I asked for more pics of the handles, they sent them quickly.

I was Googling through the lushentic grade bags and ingot this website. I immediately went through the website and looked for the bags I needed. Couple of them were not available and I immediately messaged to the WhatsApp number. The response was quick and they answered all my questions patiently. Initially I was sceptical to place the order as there were lot of other scammers. I trusted them based on their webpage and ordered 5 bags. Once you place the order, they take 3-4 days for the pre-shipment videos. After confirmation the order is shipped.
The customer service was excellent and without delays except for 2 days in between where I did not get my shipment number and had to wait patiently for the response. I received my order in 14 days after shipment.
Coming to the quality of the product, it’s extraordinary. Excellent packaging and all the hardwares are absolutely in great quality.
