Very quick response from agents and got first property we viewed

Contact with the agent, access to virtual video meet for the new home made easy. Hassle free service, hoping to complete the process soon.

Quick communication, questions answered immediately and completely put our minds at ease throughout the whole process, would definitely recommend

A special thank you to Lauren, who’s been genuinely kind and incredibly helpful from start to finish — always quick to respond and happy to explain things clearly. It really made such a difference.

Best agency in Newport - people with big hearts and amazingly competent agents. I rent with them for more than 6 years now and I would not change that. My usual communication is with Lauren - she is great - always helpful, answers on time, and always giving correct information.

I want to say a huge thank you to Lauren at Luscombe & Co for her incredible support in helping me secure a tenancy in Newport. This was my first big move away from my family in London to South Wales, and Lauren made the whole process so smooth and stress-free. She kept me updated every step of the way with regular phone calls and emails, and was always friendly, understanding, and accommodating. I’m truly grateful for her help and the fantastic service from the entire team. Thank you all so much!

Great service, very helpful, polite and was talked through the process from start to finish, recommended company

Excellent letti g agents, always available and helpful if I have any issues, Lauren has been amazing wirhany queries, I would recommend them.

Very slick and professional experience.

Been renting from them for around 5 years and no issues. Quick to send people out for maintenance issues, good communication (particularly from Lauren and Felicia) and always try to accommodate your needs for inspections and surveys. Only marked down slightly because I took a day off work for an inspection one time and they didn't turn up, but mistakes happen.
