THIS IS A SCAM! THE PRODUCTS ARE RUBBISH. they claim Linen - it is synthetic
The clothes are a VERY bad cut - They DO NOT FIT. arms too short, shoulders not there etc. The 3D embroidery is cheap print on the polyester fibre - WHAT junk - and no answer to my emails re returns etc but I read the fine print now and it seems that because I took a "special deal" and ordered three items for a discount, I don't qualify for returning Anything....What a bad scam

Il sito è una truffa. Ho acquistato un paio di pantaloni ed è arrivato dopo circa 1 mese un articolo completamente diverso dalla descrizione. Tessuto scadente (la descrizione diceva cotone) e colori diversi dalla foto.
Ho chiesto il reso e mi hanno proposto un buono per acquisti pari al 30%del valore. Ho scritto continuamente per il reso ma rispondono che sono dispiaciuti e non hanno mai dato indicazioni su come procedere.
Truffa.

Énorme arnaque!
J'ai commandé un haut et un short. Les vêtements reçus ne correspondent aucunement aux images du site internet et sont d'une qualité déplorable. Les couleurs, les motifs et les matières diffèrent. Ce sont clairement des vêtements bas de gamme pourtant le prix est relativement élevé.

J'ai aussitôt contacté le service après-vente qui ne promet que des coupons réductions sur de prochaines commandes. Comme si je voulais commander d'autres vêtements chez eux!

Surtout n'achetez pas leurs articles!

I ordered 3 items. Pants, Shorts and a Shirt.
The items looked nothing like on the pictures.
Based on the pictures of their website I expected the florals on the pants and shorts to be embroided but it is printed and looks very cheap. The sizes and colors are off because of the cheap materials. None of the items fit.
I reached out to them and asked for a return & refund. They told me that instead of sending all items back to China (which would have been on my costs) they can offer a 30% coupon instead. I told them that this is not acceptable and not in accordance to their return policy. I asked for a full refund. After not hearing back from them I even told them that I would accept a 50% refund. They replied that they are sorry for the inconvenience and that they have to check back with the relevant departments. After another couple of weeks I reminded them again and they again told me that they will get back to me. Haven't heard back from them ever since. Never received any refund.
So please do yourself a favor and do not order anything there. It's clearly SCAM!

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not purchase from this company. Their descriptions are false. Their pictures are false. They state that their items are linen. They are not. They are synthetic and all designs are screen printed on. Even the linen texture is screen printed on.

I received the orders and they looked nothing like the pictures, on instagram it’s embroidery and crochet, linen and cotton; what I received was printed items, cheap quality and I’m writing this review to prevent you from getting scammed. I wish I could post the pictures of what I received here. They deleted my comments on instagram so had to post it here. Reached out to them and wouldn’t help me with a return and just offered me a 20% discount. Had to call my bank to get a full refund. Be careful!
