Extremely concerning experience.

I purchased a jumper from Lune London advertised as “cashmere.” When the item arrived, the quality and texture immediately raised doubts about whether it was genuine cashmere at all.

More concerning was the fact that the garment’s fibre composition label appeared to have been completely cut out, making it impossible to identify the actual material content. I found this highly misleading given the product description.
The company told me that this is:
‘ done intentionally as part of our design approach. We aim to create a seamless and comfortable design by eliminating any tags that could potentially cause discomfort’ !!!!

I contacted the company formally under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to reject the item as not being as described and requested a refund. They offered a 100% refund only if I sent it back to Canada at my own cost!

At the time of writing, the business also appears to provide no clear company address or transparent trader information on its website, which further undermined confidence.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise consumers to exercise caution and inspect items carefully upon arrival.

This online shop is the worst I have ever bought from. They have an online system that is dangerous for customers. After my purchase they offered 10% discount on the same product and when I clicked it was added directly to the basket and to my debit card without me authorising the payment.
When I asked for a refund as I paid and received two identical items they said I had to pay between £20 and £80 to send it back to the warehouse. This is just ridiculous and dangerous for any customers!!! I will have to keep an item that I didn't intend to buy and they don't even allow me to send it back for free!

If only there was a 0 star , horrible returns process , we have to pay for the returns to china , otherwise exchange vouchers , wrong product description so when received , looks completely different product , don’t buy

I bought a pair of shorts size large when they arrived I took them out and tried them on they were 2inches smaller than me my size being a 32 was amazed that they would think a 30 waist would be classed as large. But then they are being made in China. When I asked about returning them to London they said they had to be sent back to China at my expense and the cost of doing that was more than the item I had bought. Needless to say I won’t be doing any more business with them hope everyone heeds this warning

Much as I like the shoes that have arrived there is some issues. They seem as though they are second hand but in good condition, they arrived just in a plastic bag with no box and no labels on the shoes, there is also 2 small black scuffs on one of the shoes. They say 'Zara' on the shoe which isnt advertised on the listing? Also listed as 'white' and they are definitely ivory. I am happy to keep them but not happy at the price that I paid as they arent new and not as described on the website listing.
