Amazing company Lunar Solar

Amazing company Lunar Solar with the directors on the ball ensuring we got our deposit back from rogue solar panel supplier (company to remain anonymous). They went out of their way to supply the very best solar panels and two Sigen batteries. As for the instal the team of 4 were on site bright and early and spent 3 long days fitting the panels and the batteries. Bonus they kept the site clean and ensured not a speck of rubbish was left on site. The finishing touch was a canopy erected to protect the battery and inverter from the elements. Superb Service

Superb Service

I had been researching solar panels with battery storage for the past three years. After extensive research, I decided to go with Lunar Solar for the installation of solar panels, a SigenStor battery, and an EV charger for my plug-in hybrid.

The installation was seamless and completed in just two days. I had a couple of questions about registering for an EV tariff, which were answered quickly and efficiently.

The app that comes with the system has built-in AI, making it incredibly easy to set up and optimise my energy usage strategy.

I'm really glad I chose Lunar Solar. Excellent service from start to finish, and I would happily recommend them to others.

Fantastic Customer Service and Quality Work

We had a great experience with this company from start to finish. Our installer, Avtar, was professional, friendly, and paid great attention to detail throughout the installation of our EV charger.

After the charger was initially installed, we felt it was mounted a little too low. We asked if it could be repositioned higher, and without any hesitation, Avtar patiently spent another hour relocating it until it was exactly where we wanted it. We really appreciated his willingness to go the extra mile to make sure we were completely satisfied.

His workmanship was excellent, everything was left clean and tidy, and the whole process was carried out with great care and professionalism

Thank you so much for such a lovely and thoughtful review. It genuinely means a lot to us when a customer takes the time to share their experience in such detail.

Avtar will be especially touched by your kind words. For us, the job isn’t finished until our customer is completely happy, so moving the charger and getting it exactly where you wanted it was simply part of making sure everything felt right for you.

It was an absolute pleasure carrying out the work at your home, and we truly appreciate your trust in Lunar Solar. We hope you enjoy many years of trouble-free use from your new EV charger. ☀️

With our very best wishes,

Lunar Solar earned my business through sheer transparency and professionalism. After weighing multiple bids, I prioritized their reliability and proven track record over the lowest price. It’s a fair value for a top-tier service, and I’m confident I made the right call.

After some research and multiple quotes from various companies, I chose Lunar Solar, primarily due to their transparent pricing, great customer service, and the good feeling I got from them about the quality and confidence in what they do. I'm paying a bit more but at least I know we are getting the best at a decent price.

I am LIVID right now

I am livid right now! I have just got a pamphlet through our door from this company and the photo is of my house! With my cars etc in the photo!!!! This means they have sent some creep around to photograph everyone’s house to personalise their advertisements! This is WILDLY INAPPROPRIATE and CREEPY!!!!!

Hi Leah,

We are genuinely sorry you were creeped out by the postcard. To clarify, the image was taken from Google Maps Street View - we would never directly photograph your (or anyones) property. Solar panels were digitally added for demonstration only.

To prevent anything like this from happening again - you can request that Google Maps remove images of your property: https://support.google.com/maps/community-video/226675384/how-to-remove-your-home-or-work-address-on-google-maps-2023-maps?hl=en

We will be far more careful and considerate going forward, and again, we are genuinely sorry for any distress.
