Fantastic item and fantastic service, highly recommend

Got this mirror as a gift, it’s really classy and has a few lighting settings, really handy 💯🔥

Have had my orbit for a few years now and it’s still working as good as the day we got it! My wife and I use at home daily and it’s easy enough to store and travel with - making it a great travel accessory!

We’ve also gifted friends the eclipse and compact and they are always raving about them!

Look forward to see what new products they bring!

The mirrors are sharp, clean and strong. They don’t just look amazing but they withstand everyday use including getting thrown about in my bag. I have recommended these to all of my friends and family!

To be completely honest, I would buy these in all the colours if I could but they make fantastic gifts for friends during birthdays and Christmas.

To start with, the product is of high quality. The packaging looks great and the written note adds that special touch. It shows that the product is well thought and time was spent for those extra details.

The mirrors have exceptional quality - I can't imagine doing my makeup without mine. The team at Luna are also really helpful - 100% recommend!!

recently bought a mirror from Luna London and I’m genuinely impressed. It looks stunning, feels really well made, and the reflection is super clear with no distortion. You can tell a lot of care goes into the design and build. It’s added a really nice touch to the room — couldn’t be happier with it.

FURTHER UPDATE - The Luna Orbit mirror arrived today and I have to say it vastly exceeds my expectations. The build quality is premium. I love it. Looks like things are back to normal on the delivery front - I strongly encourage anyone in the market for a desk top / make-up mirror to look at the Luna Orbit.
UPDATE - I have been contacted by Customer Services and offered an acceptable way forward. Lune are having some temporary fulfilment issues which I am sympathetic to. Hence I am moving this review from one star to four stars. When my products arrive I will revise again.

I ordered two mirrors - one orbit in black, one compact - on 12th July 2025. The black mirror was in production and the website said it would be despatched on 25th July. Yesterday morning (29th July) I wrote to customer services querying why I had heard nothing from them. 24 hours later and no response. I sent a chaser this morning. We shall see if that, or this review, gets a response.
(I note that the website now says the black mirrors are in production and will ship on 7th August. I understand if there are supply issues but they should really keep customers informed.)
I'm more than happy to change this review once the matter is resolved, assuming that happens quickly.

Ordered an Orbit mirror and it just arrived this morning. Very pleased with it!! The packaging is beautifully done, and the mirror itself is fantastic. Its high quality and sturdy, made of metal. I originally bought it for myself, but now I'm going to buy one for my sister as well!

I received the LUNA London Compact Mirror as a gift and I absolutely love it! The mirror doesn't only have three different lightening options but you can also adjust the brightness of the lightening which I find very convenient.

Another thing I love about the mirror is the size of it. It's already in the name: compact. It's the perfect size for my daily beauty routine and it's also easy to take the mirror with me while travelling. I've never had a mirror like this but now I honestly can't imagine my daily routine without it.

Ordered the Luna mirror with the magnifying mirror attached, unfortunately the magnifying mirror was chipped in the corner. I emailed the company and explained what it happened and with no question at all another one was sent out to me and I received it within 24 hours of my first email very very efficient and I love both mirrors! I would fully recommend this company and the mirrors to family and friends. Megan, the lady I dealt with by went above and beyond, thank you. Garry Wootton.

Great stylish mirror! It’s also super bright and seems to last longer than my old battery powered one. I was going through 4 x AAA batteries on the regular. Love that this is rechargeable.

Just took delivery of the Orbit mirror and have to say I am more than pleased with the product.
I had seen the advertisement videos on Facebook so went off to the site, very well set out and easy to navigate, and placed the order
Once delivered it comes in a presentation box it makes you feel the product is absolute quality and once set up on the stand it’s perfect, along with the small magnifying attachment
Will certainly look to make another purchase and get the compact
This was a gift for my fiancée and she absolutely loves it
Really would recommend you make a purchase and experience the quality for yourself

Initially disappointing.

Packaging was delivered unsealed which instantly aroused my suspicion.

Main mirror was clearly used condition as it was damaged in several places and scratched.

Smaller mirror was also defective with the case damaged and the mirror not fitting into the frame.

Overall, such a poor experience and will be expecting a fast resolution.

I will update this post if this happens satisfactorily.

The LUNA Orbit is a wonderful product and the perfect Christmas gift. It is beautifully presented, sturdy, practical, and has an eye-catching contemporary design. Service was great, including after-sales when I enquired about a potential follow-on purchase that had run out of stock at the time. I was given multiple options and having ordered, kept informed of progress including a check once the product arrived. Brilliant service, thank you!
