I ordered a "best dad shirt" for my dad on father's day and I expected the package to take a while considering the site. My dad texted me and asked if I had any update on it. When I went to check it was showing delivered on June 14th- before I got there to visit however, him nor his wife ever received any package. I have sent four emails and followed up with the "track package" email. I got a response from the track package email to contact the sender directly. I've gotten no response, no help nothing. I am going to be call the bank to dispute the charges.

Mind you, I understand I won't get an immediate response but it's been a week or more now that I've sporadically sent these email.

Very unprofessional. Very useless.

If I could give 0 stars a would. Scam scam scam. I ordered a Fathers Day shirt and it was delivered to the wrong state. I've messaged customer service 5 times and no response. Don't waster your money.

Just like all the order reviews before I saw the Ad and ordered fathers day present- arrived in Us (I’m in the UK) and noone responds to the emails. Really dissapointing and shocking to see the increased number of scammers out there!

Like all the other reviews, I ordered a personalized gift for Father's Day which never arrived and was apparently delivered to an address in Los Angeles, in a completely different state from my shipping address. The company never responded to my multiple emails. Luckily PayPal was able to refund me when I reported the fraudulent charge. Do not fall for social media ads, avoid this company!

Just like others, I too was suckered in to buying a Father’s Day gifts - with personalised photos - that hasn’t arrived. The company have not responded to by query and the delivery states complete to an address in Atlanta (I don’t even live in the states).

Obviously a fake company! They stole money from my daughter!! Fake business that took advantage of father's day business!! Robbers!!!

This is a scam. My order was “delivered” to an address in California - my shipping address is in Illinois. No response from Customer Service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Exactly the same experience as others mention. My order was placed from the Uk but supposedly delivered to the US. No customer service response

Sickened and so upset about all of this. I have desperately been trying to contact the company with no success. Then I came to this review page and it looks like my exact experience has been written 23 times. My order never arrived for Father’s Day and tracking led to the package being delivered in Elberta, AL. I live in PA and have emailed the company 4 times. I hope everyone who was scammed is able to dispute their credit card charges. What a gross person to do this to people!

All the reviews are true. It’s a complete scam, ordered a Father’s Day shirt and it got sent to Elberta Alabama. Sent multiple emails to Lunacub no response. Filed with my bank it’s a scam so hopefully get my money back.

First order went to the wrong city, emailed to complain. They reshipped it, the second one went to California instead of Illinois. Now when I demand a refund they do not respond. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE.

I usually Google companies from random internet ads. Didnt see anything for this one so took a chance on father's day item. Thought it was a little pricey but so on theme for my husband that I bought it. Same as these other reviews, my package went to Alabama. I live in NY. I emailed company twice, no response. I will be filing a complaint with BBB and trying to get my money back but I am most disturbed that I uploaded personal photos, and less about the money. Lesson learned the hard way.

It's a scam! I ordered Father’s Day gifts, and they never came. They were sent to IL, and I don't live there! I have filed with my card to get my money back.

I just read all of the reviews it seems everyone's order was sent to alabama for whatever reason , file a claim with your card I filed a claim with the better Business bureau as well...All the reviews are about fathers Day which means there weren't many reviews to begin with so I don't nessarly feel scammed , bc Ive done an order like this through ticktock and it's been fine .

I wish I read the reviews before ordering!! The exact same thing happened to me, I got scammed. They delivered my package to Elberta Alabama and I live in California. And now they won't return any of my emails. I feel sick that I too ordered this for Father's day and now they have my personal info and pictures of my kids! I don't know what to do..if anyone does, please let me know!

Absolutely awful! DO NOT buy from them! They sent a tracking number that said my shirt was delivered to Alabama and now won’t answer any of my emails! I’m so disgusted that I sent a picture of my daughter and husband to this despicable company.

Fuming. Order a Father’s Day gift at the start of June to arrive well within time for Father’s Day. They didn’t respond to an enquiry email and I’ve been informed via Shop App that the item was delivered to an address in Alabama…. I entered my address in London. They have stolen personal data and pictures of a child.
I want my money back and my pictures. It’s disgusting what they have done I am FUMING
