Intuitive form builder
The best part about Lumiform is how intuitive the form builder is. I am not a tech person, but I was able to digitize our entire safety protocol in under an hour. My team picked up the app immediately with zero training. It is rare to find softwar that is both powerful and this user friendly.

Tolles Tool und super Support
Wir nutzen Lumiform nun schon seit einiger Zeit und sind absolut begeistert. Die Umstellung von Papier-Checklisten auf die digitale App verlief reibungslos und hat unsere Prozesse massiv beschleunigt.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist der intuitive Formular-Baukasten: Man benötigt keine IT-Kenntnisse, um komplexe Prüflisten zu erstellen. Unsere Mitarbeiter im Außeneinsatz schätzen vor allem die einfache Bedienung und die Möglichkeit, Fotos direkt in die Berichte einzufügen. Die automatische Berichterstellung spart uns wöchentlich mehrere Stunden Büroarbeit.
Der Support ist zudem erstklassig, schnell, kompetent und lösungsorientiert. Wer seine internen Audits und Inspektionen professionalisieren will, kommt an Lumiform nicht vorbei. 5 Sterne!

Diabolical
The experience we have had with Lumiform has been appalling from start to finish. No transparency. No customer support. Plenty of upselling. Plenty of sales staff. No complaints procedure at all. Please be cautious. This company are keen to tie you into an auto-renewal annual subscription. Their terms and condition's are brutal. So, even if the product is not fit for purpose it gives the consumer no room to terminate. No complaints procedure, each fault and complaint has to supersede the previous one. So you cannot have one continuous improvement log. There is no google review or trust pilot on the website. Everything is third party. They rate themselves as having 98% positive customer feedback, based on what this is not transparent ? The email back from their customer service team. Was illiterate and grammatically incorrect, with no where to escalate to.
Well done Lumiform. Keep developing your apps, good luck with the growth. I hope you manage your employees and other customers with more respect than you have done with this very dissatisfied customer - Macs Truck Sales Financial Director.
