So Lumeri seems decently good at it's price point, quality is where I expect it at the price they offer - good, could be better, but unless you want to play a lottery with similar lamps on aliexpress, I doubt in Europe you'd find same price~quality balance without special offers or discounts.
I'd give 4 stars since it's nothing exceptional for consumer level lamps (their more professional line up might be different), but adding one on top since customer service and overall how they treat customers seems to be top-notch, at least in my experience. One of lamps I ordered had a crack in diffusor, so they responded to me (during the weekend) straight away that they'll ship a replacement with no extra cost nor hassle for me. Within a relatively short time it was delivered and no issues found with the replacement one. CS person was nice and friendly.
TL;DR seems to be a good and genuine company, if they'll invest further in quality of the products and provide tad better (more exhausting) specifications for the lamps themselves - I'm pretty sure you won't be second-guessing whether to buy your grow lights from Lumeri.

Thank you Lumeri, I got finally my packet. Your work was professional and personal is helpful. Only problem was too long transportation, but there was two reasons: postnord have not own working filial in Estonia, thay are working together with Omniva and some information can miss (it happed) and second reason (I think) was corona virus.

The website is clear and has direct information. All the buying process was smooth and easy. I strongly recommend Lumeri.
