Have used dozens of their products over the years, and for the first time I had a small issue. Was pleasantly surprised to see how quickly they responded and went above and beyond to resolve my issue. I love their products and now their customer service as well. Would highly recommend Lumary. Can't go wrong here..

Outfitted entire home with the lights, when there was a problem they resolved if efficiently.

My product was working perfectly for almost a year and then it suddenly stopped working. I contacted their support via chat but we weren’t able to get them back up. The support agent was very kind and even after nearly a year, they are going to send me a replacement. They stand behind their product and this greatly appreciated. I’d give them 6 stars if I could.

Jing is absolute amazing and such a great Lumary customer support specialist. I could be happier with their services and how easy it was to reach out and communicate. I had a faulty light when installing my recessed light and sent out an email to Lumary support and Jing replied within the first 24 hours and fixed my issue with a replacement fixture. I could be happier. Thank you Jing and for your great communication! 5 Stars

Jing was very helpful and helped troubleshoot the issue with the light randomly coming on at various times during the day. I purchased a ceiling fan/light. After all attempts at trying to resolve the issue were unsuccessful Jing sent me a new replacement ceiling fan/light. Jing was very responsive all through the process. I would certainly purchase a Lumary product again.

I’ve had a couple of issues with the outdoor permanent lights I bought, but their customer service has always been willing to work with me on getting replacement parts. While I would prefer for the parts to last longer than they do, I do appreciate the fact that my service requests aren’t ignored and are responded to. I do believe the company values their customers, and given the amount of competition they face, they do strive to provide a good experience.

Purchased permanent outdoor lights, and when I finally got around to installing them nine months later I realized I needed an extension cord, but they were out of stock online. I emailed support asking when they would be back in stock and they responded the same day that they were able to find one and send it to me. As for the lights themselves, so far they work exactly as advertised and connecting them to the app took less than a minute. The app is also easy to use and intuitive.

Great customer service from Jing!
I bought and installed 4 recessed LED lights a few years back. A few weeks ago, one of the lights went bad. I emailed support and Jing was excellent in helping me to troubleshoot before offering to send me replacements. I accidentally said the wrong size, got the wrong lights and then Jing agreed to send the correct size, no questions asked.
I will continue buying the Lumary products, not just because they make great products but because of their great customer service! Thank you Jung!

Great product and great customer service

I purchased the outdoor lights because I was impressed with all the color options and being able to assign a different color to each light. When I attempted to connect the lights to the Lumary app, I ran into difficulty connecting the app to my Wi-Fi. I reached out to Lumary's customer service and Jing was there to assist me. Jing has been with me the entire time to help troubleshoot possible ways to fix this issue. Jing sent to me replacement parts and also worked with me step by step in trying to identify what could be the problem. I am very impressed with Jing's professionalism and with the company's ability to stand behind their product.

I had purchased 2 sets of lights and one set stopped working less than 2 years later.. just outside of the warranty timeframe. I let Jing know I went to turn them on one day and heard a pop sound-then only 1 strand worked. I provided photos upon request to clarify the issue. Jing ran thru a few troubleshooting scenarios to validate the power adapter on one strand of lights was bad.
Jing was very happy to assist me, and clear about expectations with every email. Jing was able to provided me with a new power adapter after shipping cost was paid.
They work perfectly now and I could not be any happier☺️

Terrible. Customer service is non existent. Had issue with lights. Wanted me to pay shipping when it was a technical issue. They finally said they would reimburse shipping. They ended up not doing as promised. Stay away!!!

Terrible company

These are horribly inconvenient and inconsistent and even once they’re installed properly. You have to set your router to 2.4 GHz, enter the pairing stage, get on the app and organize the individual devices, get them paired properly, stop touching light switches on the wall and use only your phone which takes a long time to get used to and is not very efficient… suddenly and for no reason, one light will just stay on and unpair itself. This has happened 15 times in just my bedroom. Keep in mind there’s another 48 lights in the house that are all going through the same sorts of issues and we haven’t even started pairing the lights up with my roommates phone. I can already tell it’s gonna be a nightmare. Do not buy these lights under any circumstances.

I ordered some lights; they arrived damaged in a box due to poor shipping, and did not match the quality as described. I tried to return them immediately and got a very poorly worded message from the company saying that they would not take returns for "non-quality returns." Their email was short and didn't even ask me more questions - "Sorry for the inconvenience! This product is not a quality issue and does not offer a return service," and they refused to talk to me afterwards. I am disputing the charge with my bank and expect it to be reversed. This company cannot be trusted.

Lights quit working. Apparently there is zero customer service for this company in the USA.

All i need is a replacement part and am not willing to buy a whle new set of lights to get it.
Cannot get customer service to reply via any suggested route.

Just swindler, I never received my smart water timer after participating to kickstarter campaign. Projet is finished and timer can be buy on theirs website.

Easy purchase. Great products! Was not hard to install and configure on the app. Saves a ton in having to wire 4-way switches to control from 3 different locations. Just control via the Lumary app on your phone. Also allows to set up configurable zones and to control brightness and hue of the lights.

We placed an order for 2 sets of spotlights/uplights for the front and side of our house. Once we recieved the lights they were great but a lot more than my husband wanted. So now we have to return them.

Lumary lights are fun and practical, reasonably-priced and their support has been very helpful to me as I've bought new packages or had questions about my existing lights.

I've been a lumary user since the beginning. They've found a way to make led lighting affordable. I'm not a paid advertiser but an honest reviewer. Lumary offers a great indoor or outdoor light that's configurable via their app or a smart home assistant. Is Lumary perfect, no but neither are the lights that cost 3x as much. I've had a set of the garden rgb lights go bad and after quite a few emails to find my receipt they sent me new lights. I can't complain about that. I think they offer innovative and affordable solutions to home lighting.
