⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Stars-Wonderful experience. We couldn’t have been happier with Danielle. She arranged our spur-of-the-moment trip to London!
From the flight and hotel to our tickets for MAMMA MIA! and ABBA Voyage, everything was organized perfectly and went off without a hitch. Thank you for helping us check a couple more things off our bucket list and creating memories we’ll treasure forever. We would definitely use Lulu Travel services again and highly recommend you to anyone planning a special getaway! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

LuLu’s Travels - out of 4 travel agents I contacted they were the only ones who actually listened to the destinations I was interested in, alongside my budget & ideas. They offered me 4 holiday packages & I would have happily gone on any of them! They helped me plan the trip from start to finish as a surprise for my hubby for our anniversary & even came to our house personally to surprise him with the holiday package, with some added extras as congratulations on our anniversary.
Unfortunately I had an unexpected medical emergency mid-way through planning & they helped tailor the holiday to allow me to still go, booking assistance at the airports & even looking at tailored trips that I’d be able to do whilst there. Lu & Danielle actually cared about us having a good holiday, not just about selling us one.
We had an issue with our hotel on arrival but Lu & Danielle were straight on the other end of the phone at 10pm to help sort this out & offered us other hotel arrangements if we wished.
I honestly could not fault their customer service, their care & kindness or their knowledge of holiday destinations. I will 100% be using them again & recommending to everyone I know!

Had a wonderful stay at Beamish Hall Hotel, staff were polite and helpful. Especially the young who checked us in on the front desk.

We had our hearts set on going to Montenegro and Leanne has worked tirelessly to book us a holiday that met with our needs and at a good price. Having the protection of ATOL and ABTA has reassured us that our booking is safe and secure. I don’t need to do anything now apart from look foreword to the holiday next year.
