Literally impossible to process a refund. Their website says easy returns but they keep pushing back

DO NOT BUY!!!! Items are cheaply made versions of what they are showing online. If you try to return, they just keep responding with the same generic email " you need to return the original package back to our warehouse in China and paying return shipping cost on your own, which we think it’s not worth it." They will not respond to what that return address actually is so you can look into the cost and make a decision. They did offer and 20% discount on the items but I highly doubt I will ever see that refund. Horrible customer service and they should be banned from doing business!

Do not under any circumstances buy from here. It is a fraudulent website, they won’t accept returns and the items came late and are not even wearable. The swimsuits look used. I reached out to return and they continue to email me back saying “we don’t recommend returning items.” ?! I really regret this purchase!

Do not buy from this company. It is a total scam. They take forever to ship it and you cant return it, they make it impossible. Horrible customer service.

This is a SCAM! Terrible clothing. Took weeks to arrive and very cheap quality. There’s a return address in NY but they said I could only return to China and I would have to cover shipping costs! The other thing they do is offer a discount on first purchase but then when they process your card, they remove the discount! There’s no number to call.

I placed an order paid for it the UPSS ORDER U3865. I paid 28.89 the tracking stated that it was delivered to someone. Yet no one was home to received the package. When I reach out to them they said for me to contact the post office. There’s no address from the shipper so now I’m missing a swim suit and short on the money.

This is a china based company with no return US address. They will try to get you to keep the suits and buy another, rather then you spending the money to return your items to china, which can be costly. Unfortunately, there is no mention of this on the website. If Lulucurve wants to continue to do business in US and get goo reviews, I suggest they start with a US return address.

Buyer beware! This is a Chinese based company that has no affiliation with Lulu’s. They are using the name and just adding curve to it. They are also stealing pictures from other companies and sending low quality and cheaply made versions of swimsuits. Do not buy from this company.

Suits look nothing like website. I made sure I could return before buying and now they say I can return if I want to pay for shipping to China. Different address than where my order came from in the USA. My 15 year old size 2 daughter tried in my XL suit and it fits her perfectly, not her style of course. Their reviews had size 12 women saying it was a perfect fit. I cal b.s.

I paid expedited shipping for bathing suits for vacation. They assured me it would be there on time by email. The day before I was leaving I emailed them and they said (now) they would send it asap. I told them to cancel it that it was too late, then I had to buy more bathing suits on vacation. They came yesterday, over a month after I placed the order and 3 weeks after I canceled. They refuse to send me a return packing slip. This has been a nightmare! They also go by the name HAGO Network Technology CO. This is a scam. They changed their name because of bad reviews and they want people to think that they are Lulus that has good reviews. Order U1360
