I ordered 2 robes for my granddaughters for Christmas. They arrived in time and the quality is exactly what I was expecting. And the embroidery work was perfection.

I love the personalised dressing gown I bought for my grandson, it is so soft, great quality and value for money. Delivery was really quick too.

I ordered five (5) house coats with customised prints. They all came out beautiful. The material is great and warm. What I love most is the arm. It is not flared.

Also, I ordered from Switzerland and I received in time before Christmas. There were timely updates on the status. Thank you very much for a great service. I shall be ordering more as gifts.

Well made product, a makeup bag bought as a stocking filler for my daughter with her name on and plenty of room inside. A pretty colour. She loves it. It came well packaged at a very reasonable price

I ordered a fleece onesie with hood for my grandson. It arrived very quickly, his name was beautifully embroidered on the front. The hood has cute little ears on the top. The fabric is soft and warm - but also not bulky, which is an important feature for babies in car seats. It is a lovely turquoise/blue colour. I am very impressed with it for the price.

Lovely baby gift, personalised and bought for a friend's new grandson...it arrived really quickly and the recipient loves it ..would definitely use this seller again. 😊

I bought nightwear for my daughter, myself and my other daughter and my daughter’s name has started to come off. So upset about this. They don’t reply to emails. So upsww we t with the purchases. Really poor quality.

I put an order in to Lulabay on the 17th December 2025 for 4 pairs of satin pyjamas. Despite being told they had dispatched my order on 18th December 2025 I have received nothing. I have tried emailing them 4 times. Just get automated response to say they will reply within 48 hours which they dont. I have spent £112 with this company and havent even received an explanation. I fear I have been scammed. AVOID like the plague. If I get a satisfactory outcome and will update accordingly. Please do your research. Our money is hard earned and this is despicable.

Without any correspondence from Lulabay 4 sets of pyjamas were delivered today. However the quality of them is poor. The names I ordered have been stuck on not embroidered and they are so thin they are see through. As bridesmaid pjs for my daughters wedding they are unusable unless they want everything on show for photos and video. Not worth ten pounds let alone thirty
Please go elsewhere.

I bought a personalised onesie and pyjamas for my partner for Christmas.
The pyjama buttons all fell off once taken out of the bag.
The onesie has holes in it -

Very very poor ! Ordered Pyjamas for a Birthday Gift after it was stated as two to three days standard delivery and never happened ! Emailed numerous times with very delayed responses (days) ! Will absolutely never order anything from these again

After no pyjamas sent many many e mails same response we will get back to you within 48; hours ..never happens ..did get one reply say ing they had looked at order and it appeared to be lost so they would re send. No pyjamas sent many…so disappointing . No way are they a good company

Placed an order on the 26th November. No confirmation email to say order had went through even though the transaction was taken from my bank. I emailed several times and have had no reply. Poor service. Especially at Christmas time when you’re buying as a gift. Lesson learned not to use this company again.

I put an order in, did not receive a prefer confirmation email, have emailed several times with no response my order was a Christmas gift placed on 5th December and I still have not received it.the money has came out my account. They haven’t replied to my emails and do not have a contact phone number on their site. I would appreciate if someone from company could respond. Shaun Hunter.

Advised delay with stock and would be out in a few days...

I have asked twice for a refund and have had no response.

Really disappointed and need the money back to order elsewhere and of course too late for Christmas

Non existent customer service. No ability to amend or cancel an order once made. Disappointing and will look elsewhere in future.

If I could give zero I would, this company lie and lie, they say the items I ordered have been held in customs so could I wait a week, then the following week it's the same again. Then they say it's been sent only to receive NOTHING. Over 4 weeks and still nothing has been received. That's my granddaughter's Christmas presents gone. I hope you are happy with yourselves.
Please please please DO NOT ORDER FROM LULABAY, I ordered through Debenhams and Debenhams are just as bad too. They all just sit on your money and make it almost impossible to get a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE.

I ordered some pyjamas and a dressing gown . I was told they would be delivered within 48 hours. It has now been 8 days and according to tracking they haven't even been dispatched. Very misleading information needless to say it will be the first and last time I place an order.

Ordered in October still waiting no reply please people share on Facebook and social media so people don't get bumped
