Don’t do it! This company is complete scam!!!
What you receive looks nothing like the picture you purchased it off. They change their name using ‘Melbourne’ and ‘Sydney’ in the title so you think they are based in Australia but they are in China. When you send the crappy item back they tell you it has never arrived and you do not get your refund….ever! Even when the tracking says it has arrived in China they just never pick the item up and then maintain that it never arrived.
They have no intention of refunding your money.
Avoid, avoid, avoid this and similar named companies. Do plenty of research before purchasing anything of the internet. This ‘company’ is a complete scam!

Inferior crappy cheap clothing made in China. Absolute junk. Don’t even try to return the goods to China because the nips never collect it from customs. Australia Post said don’t waste your money returning goods to China this is common practice. They are cunning deceitful low life people

Received my shoes today... said leather.... look like $2 scuffs from kmart....cost $53... rip off.. I'll never buy from them or online again

This is the most shonkiest business ever! Exactly like all the other reviews, the items come from China, the quality is ridiculous like ur buying a $2 item nothing like they market online. When u ask for a refund you need to jump thru 10 hoops and even then send the items back to China to a dodgy address and wait. I still did not receive the refund. Had to open a dispute with my bank. Biggest waste of time ever. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this company unless you like throwing your money away. Absolute joke and it is not an Australian company of or has anything to do with Australia. If I could give zero stars that would be my rating.

Don’t do it!!! Company is from China, when items arrive they are POOR quality. Customer Service make you believe they are doing something but they are not. They won’t offer refund immediately, you need to email them about 4 or 5 times. Then they finally offer you a refund but you pay the cost to send to china , which is expensive and you’ve go no guarantee that it will arrive. My parcel was sent in August and I’m still waiting for it to arrive. My only tip is If you do purchase use PayPal as you may get more of a chance in a refund when you open a case with PayPal .

Products are very poor quality and when requesting a refund they are very unhelpful. After waiting for weeks for the item to arrive, I was utterly disappointed.

The top I ordered does look like the picture but what it is made from is anyone's guess, not a nice knitted material as in picture. Totally weird material. I think if I put a flame near it, it would melt like plastic. Not an Oz company comes from China. Don't buy from this company

Complete. Scam. Be prepared to say goodbye to hard earned dollars. Clothing cheaply made and too small. Fabric weirdly synthetic. Not an AU based company. So, not supporting a local business.

Received the top I ordered after waiting for a month. They pretend to be a ‘Melbourne’ based company but the top came all the way from China. Product had a stain in it and smells like cigarettes. Sizing also incorrect, runs very small.

Customer service appalling. Feels like you’re talking to a robot/AI. Been emailing for 3 weeks now and they repeat that they need to discuss with management and keep asking for more photos of the product. I don’t have any faith that this will be resolved or I will delete this review. Never again! Enjoy my money.

I have never received my goods they took my money, i believed they were in Melbourne according to their site and i later discovered it was an international company due to an international fee on my card , i have tried to check on shipping as per their site and there is no way of checking as the shipping site does not exist - contrary to what they indicate , absolute shonks and robbers - they are simply stealing peoples money and not delivering goods the police and the Australian government should put a stop to these people

This company (if it actually has one) has given the worst follow through with service and product I have ever dealt with online. My products were not complete and inferior, received apology but that's all. The actual time frame for delivery is months and when or if you get them they are either wrong or not what you order. If this company is to survive, tell the clients you don't have companies where you advertise, its service directly from China. I advise anyone thinking of actually buying through them DON'T!!!

It is nothing like what I ordered!
And it says it was Italian. Since when is China in Italy?
The colour is different! The quality is different! It said it was merino wool yet its polyester! Creased like a little rag. A complete scam and they should be held accountable for this. Pathetic!

Don't go near this seller! The whole thing is a scam. They'll take your money and deliver inferior rubbish and you can't get your money back. They should be shut down.

They look dodgy as, no physical street address even though they have opening times. Buyer beware!

The product was actually a joke, nothing like the images and when I asked for a refund they offered me a token of the price back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

The product was not as expected and a poor product. I could not get a 100% refund. Communication was full of pleasantries (clearly AI and not genuine) but did not provide a satisfactory solution. After much toing and froing I was offered a gift card (not sure I trust their products to buy another) . This was their offering:

Order arrived after nearly a month of waiting. I ordered 2 tops both the same size but in a different colour one fit and the other was to small the quality of the material is cheap nothing like the picture. Will definitely not order from them again.

Rubbish quality. Scam.

If I could give no stars I would. My experience was exactly as the previous reviews, however sadly I paid directly via credit card and therefore cannot claim fraud via PayPal. I will however lodge a claim directly via my bank.
