Really grateful to Josh and Isabella for helping to secure our remortgage. Everything was done quickly with just the right amount of keeping in touch via emails and phone calls. I phoned at 4pm on the Wednesday and by Thursday at 4pm we had our mortgage application in thanks to Josh. Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Alex at lucra mortgages Myself and my partner grew aware of the mortgage market changing and interest rates starting to increase. I myself not being in the mortgage industry was unsure as to what to do with our current mortgage. We also needed to pay back out help to buy loan. Alex re assured us by securing us a mortgage offer quickly on a great rate , but also to have the option to review closer to the time of renewal if the rates reduced. Thankfully we took Alex’s advice as mortgage interest rates had begun to double , he also was very helpful with the substantial amount of paperwork both from the solicitors and help to buy. He guided us through it all. Would 100 % recommend him to any family or friends in the future.
