Will not process my withdrawal
I've been waiting over 2 weeks for a withdrawal to be processed. Customer service just repeat the same line that they have escalated previously and do not know anything more and that the relevant department will email me when they look at it. My account is verified, they have all documents. Beyond frustrated and don't think I'll ever get my withdrawal. Total scammers in my opinion. Avoid!!!

Document verification issues
For my second withdrawal they asked me to upload more information which I did on the same date the 26th November after 3 days these documents have not been looked at yet. Despite my efforts to create urgency in the live chat all I get in response is “we have sent this to the relevant department, these will be reviewed in the fastest time” sorry but it should not take this long to review documentation after an agent in chat verified that the documents are correct. I want my funds employ more people in the verification department because the one person you have is so slow!
