I asked them if they could tin the tip…
I asked them if they could tin the tip of the copper wires, after crimping them to the connectors, to prevent corrosion and they answered me OK. So I made a special order. But when I received them, I discovered the tip of the cables had not been tinned.
Nonetheless, as a compensation for this error, they offered me a 5€ refund on my purchase.

Well, the product is as described, the price is really honest, the parcel is well done. I just would criticize the lack of information about the expedition, I discovered my jumpers when the postman rang to my home...
