I'm giving one star for how disrespectful 2 bus drivers are towards the customers they are supposed to serve. The drivers treat the riders like dirt sometimes. Very disappointed with the immature behavior and lack of empathy. I had a talk with the supervisor. He was nice until later that day. I walked past him and he glared at me. I waved a few times and smiled. He kept glaring. So I moved on while continuing to smile. Sad the way these workers for ltd feel like they are higher then others. Usually in most states the drivers are kind and respectful. I appreciate the nice drivers they do have. They need more of them. And they need to have management ride around on the bus sometimes or security just to watch the drivers behavior. Eugene or location
Please be aware that LTD's policy is now to charge your account for the total amount of the order and then, as things ship, will charge your account again. The total amount will only be debited back to your bank account after everything has shipped. For example, I placed an order for $74.41 which was immediately deducted from my bank account. The next day, i of the items was shipped. It was $21.74 of the original amount. However, I was charged this amount in addition to the total amount. When I called and questioned the charge I was told this is their practice to charge a pre-auth amount until the entire shipment is complete. Or, more simply stated, I will be charged a total of $148.82 before the original amount of $74.41 is removed.
I placed an order with this company on 3/24/2025. The website said shipping will take 7-10 days! They finally sent an email that it was shipped out on 3/29/2025. When I clicked on the "Track Order" it showed that it was shipping from China. As of today - 4/12/2025 my order is STILL sitting in Los Angeles Cali. where it has been since 3/31/2025. WTH?? When I call all I get is an automated recording asking for my order number. When I input it the recording just keeps repeating to input it. I input my phone number but the system can't find my order that way either. I have never had such horrible service as I have had with this company. I will never order anything from this company again.
This was a great place to buy great deals on products. Since their sale, it has become so outrageously costly, that the simplest item is way over priced. Sad, as I used to order from them all the time. Not anymore.
LTD doesn't know how to pack a box properly. I have had so many shipments over the 30 years I've dealt with them come damaged, items missing, it's ridiculous.
Placed an order with four snowmen for my daughters and I get a notification from FedEx that it's going back to them because of a damaged box.
Call LTD immediately to have them ship out of replacement and she tells me I have to wait 24 hours. Had her check stack everything was still in stock. Next morning I call and of course they don't have anything in stock.
WHY IN THE WORLD DID I EVEN HAVE TO WAIT FOR 24 HOURS? YOU SEE THE PACKAGE IS COMING BACK TO YOU, I DIDN'T DAMAGE THE BOX.

This company is ripping off their

I liked this company years ago, but don't know what happen. Stay away. I added my email address to receive sales and promotions. It got to the point, in a short period of time I stated receiving 5-6 emails from them all the time. I opted out, still recieved them, called the customer service twice, they said they removed me and finally I filed a complaint aginst them and still receive them. I blocked and and made them spam, still getting them.
This used to be a great company... I ordered over $400 worth of nice items and I used coupon codes for 33% off and free shipping. This brought my total down to $225. The website credited my coupon codes, the 4 days later they brought my total up to $444. I called them and they said the coupon codes had expired, and at the time of the order the codes were good. Also, free shipping is only for small items. They said it would an extra $40 in shipping fees, because I ordered chair cushions and they are heavy. This also was not on my original invoice. I tried to cancel the order, but they said after 72 hours they could not cancel. They said I had to wait until it arrived , and only then could I return the items. The 4 large boxes arrived 2 weeks later. I immediately called returns and they tried to charge me $7.99 to return. Terrible business now! BUYER BEWARE!
LTD used to have the best holiday decorations, fiber optics and so many more. Now everything is junk! Glad their old stuff lasts long I have some for over 20 years! Bring back the good stuff!
They are horrible. They went into bankruptcy. You used to be able to pay online. They took that away, so you pay by automated phone. They took that away. Now you have to call their credit dept M-F 8am-1pm only to make your monthly payment. Do not order from them.
I ordered 4 items from this company's website. They charged me $12.99 for shipping plus a $1.99 handling fee. Now you would think for that kind of money they could manage to put all 4 items in a box and get them to me but you would be wrong. They missed an item. Now I called their no customer service line and they offered to send me the item I already paid for. So nice of them but now this item will take 10 business day to get to me. What? Compensate me for my time and their mistake? Of course not. We will see when or if or how many hoops I will need to jump through to get that 1 item.
Never purchased from this website and I wish I hadn't. Made a small order from this company, first time ever. I should have read the reviews first. Made the order at the end of last month. Did not hear anything from the company about the item being shipped, so I did a chat with CS. Was told the item will ship that day. Went on to check status and they moved the purchase date to that day, so they think they can get out of shipping the item when they said they would. Seriously. DO NOT spend your money here, I have doubts I will even get my little order at all.
I use to order a lot from this company, I signed up to start receiving catalogs again and all they want to do is send multiple emails a day. I don't mind special sales that way, but I want an actual catalog.
On 05/02/23, I placed an order with the code CFW8GK for the May clearance sale.
This was a promotion so I took advantage of it and in the email it says free shipping for orders over $49 but I was charged $40 shipping, my order is for $74.99. Even if I paid regular shipping, it would be $17.99, not $40.00.
I could not get in touch with anyone in the company. I have sent emails, message through Facebook, called multiple times multiple numbers and I cannot get in touch with anyone. Nobody answers the phone.
I have been a customer since the company was ABC Distributing, so I have been a happy customer so far, that is why I keep on coming back. This order though is testing me. When I checked the order status, it says preparing to ship.
If this does not get resolved, I will have to dispute it through Paypal.
On April 11th I ordered several items from LTD. One was a picture fram for a graduation,year,name of graduate,lights for outdoors and a rubber kitchen mat.My charge was $37.00. LTD cashed my payment on the 12th of April. My wife got a email stating my shipment is being sent..My wife told me LTD charged me $28.00 more dollars without my consent..that is thievery..got my order in the mailbox with tiny,tiny outdoor lights..3inchs long 2 inches high..no picture frame which was the highest cost..
I have tried to contact LTD but cannot seem to reach anyone..
This organization should be put out of business and the owners put in Federal Prison.

We sold product to LTD for years. They used to be an honorable customer. Now, under new ownership they refuse to pay any of our manufacturers. They won’t even reply to our repeated requests for payment with a plan. Sr Management hides behind their employees, who told us their plan was to pay people before Christmas 2022, then after Christmas and now just that they’ll see what they can do, and have done nothing . We’ve begged them to pay one of our manufactures in particular who is a small family business with 2 young children enduring tremendous hardship as a direct result of their continued lack of even a dime of payment . Despite over 10 requests , not one has resulted in even the smallest of payments
I’ve seen new companies buy another, pay themselves big money, and then stiff their vendors, but I’ve never seen any customer so heartless that they communicate nothing, other than they’ ll see what they can do. I don’t know how these people sleep at night.
