This Company is just SORRY my office…
This Company is just SORRY my office expect to receive packages every month at a certain time, their never delivered when you expect it, they contract drivers that do care how the leave your package and please do not try to call them you get NO ANSWER and yes that is the same with emailing. I wish we could just switch to FEDEX,DHL even through the USPS.
Carrier stole my package …
My package said delivered to the front door but I have a ring door bell and no one delivered anything to the front door or the mailbox. On the fashion nova website it says delivered to Fort Worth. My address is in Burleson TX . Where did Fort Worth come from? The carrier either stole my package or delivered it to the wrong address. I have ring cameras all around my house and at 7:18 no one came to deliver anything to me. Yes the carrier took a photo of the package but not with it on my porch it was in some ones lap, which leads me to guess it was stolen. The carrier assigned to this route stole my package and marked it as delivered . Worst customer service ever. I will present all of this information to my bank and dispute it. I will no longer order with fashion nova until they get another carrier
More awful experiences with LSO. Companies should NEVER work with them again!
I ordered a very expensive purse from Macy's and LSO tried to "deliver" it to my house yesterday, marked it as "undeliverable" and returning it back to Macy's today. Like... what??? Amazon, Fedex, DHL, USPS, Wal-Mart and Target always deliver packages to my house easily with no issues. LSO is the WORST, they have also lost a few of my other packages with other companies. I got in touch with a rep at Macy's and told them to stop working with LSO. Worst shipping company and they are SCAMMERS!!!!

Just like everyone else’s reviews. This company is terrible. Last year I ordered a Xbox controller from target. They used this company to ship it. The driver marked it bad address. Told me he looked it up on google maps. Shoes the house from 2013 when it was being built. I said I loved her for 5 years. the person in customer service never responded. I never got the controller. I know it was probably stolen.
Currently have another package being delivered by them. Was supposed to get it today . But that hasn’t happened either.
The worst!
I have had two shipments through them in the last month. The first one said "data transmitted" for 3 weeks. I call the company and they said it must have gotten lost and sent a replacement. Well the replacement has also been shipped with them (sigh). It has said the same thing (data transmitted) for 7 days now. There is no number to call LSO, only email. I have sent an email with zero response! This is the worst shipping company I have ever had to deal with.
“Lost” packages for years, won’t support companies that use LSO
Terrible company. I’ve been dealing with “lost” packages for years because the companies I purchase from choose to use LSO. The only thing I can do about that is to stop ordering from Nordstrom and the others until they finally get it together and start using a legitimate shipping company. Not worth the hassle, definitely don’t trust LSO or the companies that continue to use them, and really disappointed that every single experience with them has been just as bad as the last.

LSO should go out of business
I don’t ever try to be rude about a company or bash a compay but this company is absolutely outrageous. I have NEVER been more angry. They didn’t communicate with me about my package being lost and still tried to lie and say it was on its way. I have waited for 2 WEEKS and even sent 2 request to speak to someone. Only after contacting the actual company the order came from, they confirmed they LOST MY PACKAGE. I am beyond mad.
They have horrible service
They have horrible service. I would not recommend using them. The customer service number listed for customer service will not allow you to speak with a live representative. I have sent several request through their portal requesting information on a missing package and I have yet to receive a response. I advised the sender not to do business with this company.

Wish I could give 0 stars!!! Can’t believe Zara would use this “shipping company”. My order has said delivered since June 01 but has not been received. LSO phone numbers do not work so no sense in even trying to contact customer service. Zara reps have started an investigation into the whereabouts of my order, but I could not rate this shipping company low enough. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!
LSO HIRES THIEVES
I'm sure someone stole my package after seeing it was from Fashion Nova and how large it was. They said they delivered it. I gotna text open the door and nothing was there! LSO won't call or respond to my emails and Fashion Nova is trash for using them too! I will never order from them and if I ever shop from another merchant that uses them I won't order. $200 purchase I haven't received and I have no way of fighting it unless they feel like crediting my account or reshipping my clothes.

This company should be a zero
This company should be a zero. They do not answer phones or emails. They delivered a package from She In on 6/2/23 ( so they say) to my home. I never saw or received it. I have filed 3 complaints on line with them made all types of threats and still no response. I never ever want them to deliver anything to me again. THEY ARE THE LOWEST FORM OF LOW In my opinion.

Not even surprised to see the 1 star reviews. I knew this company had to be trash after tracking an order, that’s still hasn’t arrived, for days since last week when the status was out for delivery. On top of that I’m waiting for two separate orders from FashionNova that are all being shipped by LSO. This may be my last order from FashionNova if they are incapable of proving a shipping company that can deliver. Companies are going to lose customers if they continue using cheap and unreliable 3 party shipping companies like LSO.
They deserve zero stars
Like everyone else, they should be a ZERO! My package has been “out for delivery” since May 27th (it’s now June 5th) this company is an absolute joke and I cannot believe FabFitFun would use them let alone anyone else. I heard from another customer in my area that they will literally leave packages on sidewalks and roll up in a freaking Camry. If you package ends up with LSO you can expect it to be delayed or lost. And good luck getting customer service to respond.

This company is absolutely TRASH and really gets ZERO stars! Are the companies using this trash not reading the reviews or ratings 🤔. I've had two separate orders sent through this trash a** company. The 1st said delivered however it NEVER was and still hasn't been. The 2nd has been "in transit" since May 13th. They don't respond to the emails and Noone ever answers the phone. It is unethical for this company to still be in business!
This service is a joke
This service is a joke. I got a tracking number over two weeks ago. It had zero updates until today when it said “out for delivery” but it’s 11 o’clock and night and no delivery. I don’t even know who is going to deliver it. USPS? FedEx? Some guy in a white van just tossing it on my porch? Business should not use them if they care about their customers and customers should not rely on anything that is communicated to them because it’s all meaningless. Really hope I get my package!!
Missing package
My package from fabfitfun was “delivered” by LSO and it never was! LSO won’t respond to my customer service requests and phone numbers don’t work!

My package said delivered May 10th and I never got it!! Can't talk to anyone to complain. The drivers are taking the packages and selling whatever in them! This company should not be allowed to deliver!!! I'm very frustrated because they will not refund me my money!
Company is a joke
Having worked for this company I can verify the reviews that it deserves 0 stars. The leadership is so disorganized and greedy. For starters they hire all their drivers 3rd party and pay them about $2/package. So even if the package is lost or damaged they are going to mark it delivered. There's also zero accountability for drivers stealing packages because they don't even work for LSO. I had to deal with this issue multiple times and it's like... well... sorry. The company refuses to even pay for basic office supplies so there's that. On multiple occasions I came to work and the water bill was not paid so it was shut off. Trash was not paid for months, at one point they were telling us to just put the trash on gaylords and send it on a truck to Dallas. Gross. And people's packages were on the same trucks. They are terrible and it can't even be legal the way they operate.
