I just ordered yesterday (so I cannot attest to quality or timeliness) but I want people to know that they need to watch the billing like a hawk! My order total was $19.11 (which including shipping as well as 14 cents--whatever-- for "shipping insurance"), but I was billed for $22.68. I have screenshots of everything. I complained and the chatbot had "extra charges" as one of several pre-written options, so I'm guessing I'm not alone. I'm grateful that as scams go, it was only for a few bucks, but I'm guessing this site makes its money by skimming a few extra dollars here and there and hoping the sum is so trivial no one notices.

Ordered an item for Christmas 11/19 with free shipping 4-6 days. First they charged me 25%tax on the item, when I contacted them they said it was an error and did make a correction almost immediately but then it all went down hill. I contacted them no less than a dozen times about my shipment with no success. They blamed the shipping company and the shipping company kept referring me back to the seller. I asked for the cancellation of the order and was told they couldn’t do anything because the order was in route. I contacted my bank who then started the investigation process. I contacted lowesmart via email several more times with no success. I was told to contact my local post office to see where the package was. I advised them that in our country (the shipment apparently originated in Spain) we have post offices for just about every city and the shipping address was my home, not a post office box. My 4-6 day shipping apparently didn’t mean 4-6 day delivery because my item showed up 8WEEKS after my order. I wouldn’t but another thing from them if they paid me to! I should have had my order in more than enough time for Christmas but I did not.

This company sucks!!!!! No delivery in 8 weeks, no updated tracking info, and unsatisfactory customer support! Do Not Buy From This Site and Company!!!!!!!!$

I placed an order on Nov. 12, 2023, for two decoration items I intended to be used for Christmas. Their website indicates orders should take "12-20 days." I was sent false (deceptive) shipping info saying my order was shipped from Italy on Nov. 13. However, the truth is that it finally was shipped from China on Dec. 5 and did not arrive at my home until Jan. 2, 2024, a full week after Christmas. It was EXTREMELY difficult to communicate with them throughout this process since they only do so through their own confusing automated messaging process with no direct contact with a real person. I will NEVER do business with this company again.

Order a garage door mural on November 21, thinking it would be here in time for Christmas. First thing they did was to over charge me. I tried to contact someone in Lowesmart about it but gave up after getting a run around. Finally, their tracking system inform me it was in Italy, then another part of Italy, then customs, etc, etc, etc. Finally, I get an e-mail on December 16th saying it's in Idaho Falls. Since Idaho Falls is only 900 miles away, I contacted them via e-mail to get a delivery date. Nothing, zip from them. I'm writing them off but will continue to post warning on Facebook about these dirt bags

Please listen to the other 1-star reviews. The 5 star reviews are clearly bots. I wish I did my research before I made my purchase. These people shouldn't be allowed to advertise their scam on Facebook.

Never got my order and never got a refund. This company is a scam

Ordered a garage door cover on November 4th. It’s already been over a month waiting on it. Supposedly, the order originated in Ireland. Went through customs and finally made it to the US. Last update was that the order was in Tallahassee, Florida and that was on 12/3. It’s had ample time to make it to SC. No update since. This is ridiculous! I’m beginning to think that this is a scam!

THINKING LOWESMART IS A "SCAM"
Almost a month now and still have not received my order.
The order is supposed to be sitting in US customs and has not moved.

Either their very slow or it's a scam, I ordered a garage door cover over a month ago and it's still not arrived, the tracking said it was in the USA a week ago, and again has not been delivered. I contacted them a few days ago and they responded that will advise carrier to deliver it, maybe it will arrive for valentine's day or next Christmas. I see I'm not the only one with this problem.

We bought the Xmas cover double wide Xmas cover 21 days ago for 57.00 but never got the cover must be a scam
