Received excellent service fro Matthew the salesman, unfortunately after sales department i.e. service is very poor when you have a problem still awaiting a call back after 4 days. This is not good enough after buying 2 New Motorhomes in 2 years from you.

Customer service was very good indeed.
The only thing that prevented a 5 star rating was that we were informed one day before delivery despatch that the new fridge wouldn’t work on gas and it would have to be taken back to resolve the problem

My experience in buying the motorhome was excellent and supportive.
Jake, Rebecca and the team were excellent
Further, when issues arose with the van they were very helpful in helping these get sorted out.... Chris was very helpful indeed

Just purchased our 2nd caravan from Lowdhams Huddersfield dealing with Emma and Callum, who couldn’t have been more helpful. Both great assets to the company and I hope in the current difficult times Lowdhams at Huddersfield are currently going through these two are looked after.

When you decided to close huddersfield branch on Sundays for so called Winter Hours ? Why didn't you ammend your web page that still shows you are open Sundays 10 to 4. YOU cost me a 8 mile journey and the fuel used when it is in short supply and the ductape over your main gate opening hours sign to amend hours is a joke.I bought my present caravan from you but I won't buy again as your after service is rubbish and your management skills of what used to be a good company are nill. I hope you sort out your website at the least.(Bring back Goodalls - they were a good company ) D.Haigh.

After waiting 15 months for our Hymer Freedom 602 we took delivery on Saturday. Unfortunately due to staffing shortages our time slot had to be moved even though we had set it 4 weeks in advance. This really took the shine off what was going to be a big day for us. I feel the owners & management really failed in customer care - our Sales Advisor Matthew has been brilliant throughout and this is no reflection on him. Where else would you be spending £55+ and the top team fail to ensure you have a brilliant customer experience - BMW, VW, Mercedes, Skoda et al - I don’t think so.

I am very very pleased with the motor home we have just received from Lowdhams.It was collected on Saturday the 11th . It was immaculate inside and out. This is second hand but you wouldn't have known . I am over the moon.
Sales and all other staff are brilliant ready for collection on the date we asked for. five stars for Mathew thank you for looking after us again. This is Motor home number two we have had from you .

This is a dreadful company to deal with. Their so called ‘after sales service department’ has failed to sort any of my motorhome warranty repairs despite being continuously emailed and phoned to get a date booked for the work to be done. I have been chasing them up for the last 18 MONTHS and yet they have still not given me a date. This is appalling service!!!

Sales team good,handover good but having to wait 9 weeks to get it even though it was at Lowdhams. And the board above the bedroom window is the wrong material so was missed by Bailey ,Lowdhams Nottingham and Lowdhams Huddersfield and we are still waiting for it now

Very helpful staff and a first class experience throughout the buying process for our new caravan.

Bought a new Bailey caravan from the Huddersfield office this August. Had excellent service from Emma Keighley both prior and on the day of collection.
Had a couple of problems on our first few days at a local caravan site which were sorted within minutes by service manager Jordan when we called in on our way back home.
Very satisfied with the service.

ordered an eriba caravan which was still in the factory in germany some delay in delivery not lowdhams fault.
the staff were charming and the sales lady Emma was super. had good laugh with her
caravan is pristine and will serve our purposes very well

Great service. Never felt pressured in making the decision to buy the caravan. Callum kept us upto date with delivery times. Excellent handover service. With any queries we had these were dealt with very quickly. Would certainly recommend anyone wanting to buy a caravan to pay them a visit.

The service and commitment of the staff and in particular Emma and Scott at the Huddersfield branch was amazing
From initial enquiry into buying a new caravan and delivery of same we received first class service nothing was too much trouble their knowledge of caravanning was superb and we would recommend them to anyone

Purchased a caravan from these guys today.
We dealt with Emma at the Huddersfield branch and I have to say Emma was absolutely fantastic, one of the best sales people I have had the pleasure to deal with anywhere. Nothing was too much, happy to offer lots of advice.
We told Emma about a negative previous experience elsewhere and our budget.
Emma didn’t try rinse us for what we would be willing to spend but instead discussed our needs and found something way under budget.

Emma is a massive credit to this company and we will certainly come back to deal with her moving forward.

My 2 year old van bought from Lowdhams has been with them since October 2020….for service and warranty work…have been told they were on it and ordering parts about 10 times…little has happened..I have had to chase…they say everyone left…the computers were down…an going to pick it up today…filthy…cleaning company person off sick…no replacement…lot of work still not done 10 months later…complete shambles and the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life!!!!
