LOVE WARRANTY Anmeldelser

A complete fraud of a company. Took my car to a VAT registered garage upon finding an oil leak. Confirmed to be a gear box seal had broken. Took car to gearbox specialist and he said they will come out with every excuse in the book to get away with paying. Which is exactly what happened. Stated on my warranty that gearbox seals are covered as part of my warranty plan. Don’t go anywhere near this firm as they will quite happily take your money but will do everything they can to squirm there way out of paying. Frauds

Love Warranty have now provided 3 warranties for me, each time the process has been straightforward and a cost effective way of securing some peace of mind. Nice people to deal with and great communication.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Love warranty. From day one, the customer service has been friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. They made the entire process simple to understand, with clear coverage options and no hidden surprises.
Overall, I feel confident and protected with their service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and honest vehicle warranty coverage!

Finally, a warranty fit for purpose!
I had an issue on my vehicle not starting when I finshed work. I contacted Love and they advised me of the process. The garage diagnosed it as 3 injectors being faulty which were thankfully covered on my policy!
A true warranty company that cares for people and is a smooth, stress-free process.
Special thanks to James who also arranged my recovery via AA - I didn't realise it was part of my cover!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Purchased my car from a dealer in my home town & I purchased a Love Warranty for my peace of mind as I was buying a second hand car.
5 weeks after purchase I was experiencing issues starting it up. Took it to my local garage turns out injectors were at fault. Love Warranty took care of the full bill from diagnostics through to repair. A warranty that actually pays out! Definitely would recommend.

By the far the best used vehicle warranty company around. I have used them since they first started.
The team and the service they provide is second to none.
Keep doing what you are doing.

James and Barry have been nothing short of exceptional—always professional, always friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile. They consistently review my cover to make sure it’s perfectly tailored to my needs, and their attention to detail gives me real peace of mind.

I purchased a warranty a few months back and there had been a few issues develop with the car
I made a claim and everything was sorted quickly and easily
Communication was great
Highly recommend

Great company with a great service. Very proffesional and made the process very simple. I have had three vehicles with Love Warranty now and had no issues whatsoever. Personally I would ignore the negative reviews on here as most issues mentioned would be the same with a manufacturer's warranty.

I have had nothing but a great experience and I will continue to purchase the warranties on future vehicles.

I recently had an outstanding claims experience with Love Warranty! Their customer service team was incredibly responsive and attentive, guiding me through the entire process with care. They listened to my concerns and made everything straightforward and easy to understand.

The claim was processed quickly, and I was kept informed at every step. It was clear that Love Warranty truly values customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable warranty services – their commitment to excellent service really sets them apart!
